Stains on the carpet. Sink started to leak while I was there. Otherwise room was cool - balcony and shower were really nice. Really close to the subway exit.

Very nice hotel with good location. unusual decoration and design, very appreciated. two points to improve for Europeans: breakfast a little below 5-star standards and no one who speaks English at reception. Thank you for this superb stay.

Room smelled like cigarettes and there was ash on the carpet, all of the hotel facilities were closed or empty. Wasn't suitable for business travel.

incredible room! very fancy hotel. great location. staff super friendly. make sure you have wechat if you don’t speak chinese, staff were very helpful despite language barrier. great value for money, would definitely stay again.

I didn't expect to take the subway from the airport directly to the hotel entrance. From Line 14 to Line 4 and then to Line 6, the hotel entrance is right outside the subway exit. It is extraordinarily convenient and also provides great convenience for the free travel in the city in the next few days. The hotel is very stylish, with a dark design style that is avant-garde and fashionable. The service of Xiao Zhang and Xiao Li at the front desk is gentle and moderate. They introduced the hotel's service content in detail and helped to solve any problems immediately! The most unexpected gain is the hotel's breakfast. Xi'an snacks are better than those in specialty stores outside. The whistle noodles and oil-splashed noodles are the same. I haven't eaten enough for three days...
