我們這裏住了五天，受到老闆奚大姐熱情接待。房間又大又乾淨。又給報的當地的旅遊團，西安東線一日遊和西線一日遊。旅行社正規可靠，沒有額外消費和意外套路。非常滿意，以後還會再來。

環境很好，房間乾淨衞生，房東人特別好，我們旅遊四天，幫我們報了當地一日遊，價格確實很優惠，而且全程沒有購物，幫我們預訂了長恨歌演出，千古情，西安真的不錯，下次還要繼續玩

設施：基礎都放在圖片裏面了，大家可以自己看，位置不好找，外面沒有掛任何牌子！
衞生：衞生很差，衞生間全是污垢，一次性用品衹提供了牙刷！拖鞋不是一次性的！樓道也雜物！
服務：接待的是一個大姐，變臉的速度比唱花臉的都快！這個我也忍了。我定的官網房型跟實際不相符！我説不相符，以後立馬態度告訴我讓我退。我到店是7點左右，其實完全可以退，攜程官網反應後也同意全款給退，完事後看我比較強硬，所以就給安排一個比較大的房型。我就是不想在折騰了，就將就了一晚。
投影機遙控器沒給，最後也沒打開……後面看到門上貼的，電費自理一元一度，空調遙控器也不給，怕用電！
這麼寫評價：我也是一次，遇到了給以後想要定房子的朋友提個醒，這家是奸商，各種不達標！

地理位置優越，樓下就是二號地鐵口，去哪都方便，房間整潔乾淨，出遊商務入住最佳優選！我和朋友這次臨時決定出來旅遊，在店裡報了當地的旅遊團，性價比較高，也可能是淡季吧！景點人沒有網上説的那麼多，我們才可以盡情的玩吧

很不錯，位置很好，樓下就是鐘樓地鐵站A口很近的，公寓設備齊全，夜晚環境也很安靜，樓下吃得也不少。房間很乾凈，有洗衣機。
