The hotel is located right by Nanhu Lake, very close to the W Hotel, and directly across from a shopping mall, making it super convenient. It's grand and impressive, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. However, the cleanliness needs improvement; there were unidentified hairs on the bed right after check-in.
