住的青桐六人間，獨棟別墅，推薦，兩層樓，一樓客廳沙發電視，一個有衞生間的卧室，一個廚房小餐廳帶冰箱飲水機，還有一個室外大餐桌，餐桌旁是室外池子，客廳旁還有一個室內池子。二樓是兩個帶衞生間的卧室和一個麻將房。設施沒得説，温泉水可以隨時自己加，喜歡到大園子也可以隨時去，那邊有小魚温泉，池子多些，而且人多的時候客廳沙發上睡兩個人也沒問題，可以要額外的被子。旁邊還有個湖可以逛逛，另外大秦温泉對面天台大酒店的上下九廣州菜也很好。

房間很方便，預訂的是御寢宮日式榻榻米，加了一張床，相當於三人間，住的很乾凈，也很安靜，有種老式酒店的氛圍。温泉也很推薦！很舒適的親子旅行。

因為比較早了，所以房間和設施是有一點老舊的，衞生條件中等吧。周邊環境很好，泡温泉很愜意放鬆，送的温泉票理論上可以泡兩次，但是我們帶着孩子不方便，第二天收拾完行李就走了，酒店比較良心的是節假日沒漲價，但是節假日泡池的人特別多，建議儘量錯開高峯。

房間破舊有異味，自助早餐的粥品疑似加了增稠，奶粉沖的牛奶稀淡，服務員貌似有禮貌，但剛過10點就自説自話來你餐桌收走你未吃完的餐盆，説是為了準備午餐。退房卡在12點，11點剛過就把你的房卡作廢無法開門。。。唉，這種地方也就這德行，沒辦法。

節日帶父母孩子一起去的，環境很好，停車場特別大，孩子泡的都不願意出來，早餐也不錯，服務很好，尤其是御湯宮的黃經理，態度很好，服務耐心，很樂心得幫助我們解決了問題，總之本次出行，雖然天宮不作美，但是我們在這裏，一站是解決了吃喝玩樂，很滿意。

2月19日晚上6點左右到的，剛進大秦温泉的大門就感覺裏面很氣派，非常不錯的選擇。前台服務很好，自己訂的私湯大床，前台小姐姐一看帶的孩子，立馬為我們免費升級了3樓的親子房間，孩子非常喜歡。另外還送了早餐和室外温泉。早餐豐富多彩，室內私湯很不錯，室外温泉也非常好，湯池選擇很多，上午十一點開始就可以泡温泉了，就是來這裏的時間有點緊張，和前台溝通後也免費延時退房了。總之，這次體驗非常好，下次時間安排好了還會再來的，謝謝前台服務。
