Clean, spacious rooms in a hotel right inside the mall — super convenient for food and shopping. KTV next door is a plus. Staff are nice; check-in was smooth even with translation. Great stay overall!

The lady at the front desk of the hotel is warm, nice and thoughtful.
The room is very spacious, well soundproofed, not noisy, and the hotel is conveniently located. It is very convenient to go out and take a taxi. It is very close to the scenic spots by subway. I am very satisfied with my stay.
The hotel also has robots that deliver groceries, which is very convenient and recommended.

I came to Xi'an for a trip and made a guide. I said it was noisy and expensive near the Bell Tower. I finally chose Atour. I arrived in Xi'an very late on the first day. I called in advance to help arrange a great room. The subway entrance is very convenient for travel. , there is a commercial area downstairs, very convenient. I stayed for 4 days. The room was very clean. I helped clean it every day. It was a great experience. The ladies are very gentle. Recommended👍
