I had a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay at Fairmont Xiamen. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and offered a peaceful environment—perfect for reading and unwinding. What impressed me the most was the attentive service from the staff. Special thanks to Susan, who went out of her way to make my stay more comfortable, and to Will, the housekeeper who kindly arranged a book stand for me when I mentioned I had forgotten to bring one. That thoughtful gesture made a big difference in my stay. There was a small hiccup with room service during my stay, but the manager handled the situation with great professionalism and care. I truly appreciate that kind of attentive and respectful response—thank you again! Overall, room service was prompt and well-prepared, and every staff member I encountered was friendly and professional. I genuinely appreciated the warm hospitality and the attention to detail.
