"The room was bright, clean, practical, and fully equipped. In this day and age where everyone's glued to their phones, I was pleasantly surprised to find a projector in the room. Watching shows in a dimly lit environment was great, and there were plenty of programs to choose from. The complimentary breakfast was excellent! There was congee, five or six hot and cold side dishes, fried noodles, steamed dumplings, mini steamed buns, twisted rolls, regular steamed buns, and eggs – a good variety of nutritious and delicious options. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, patient, and thorough, answering all my questions. The shuttle driver was efficient, considerate, and a fantastic driver. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely stay here again."

AAnonymous UserThe hotel service was excellent, always responsive to our needs and going above and beyond to satisfy guests. No matter the time, they were always quick to assist. The service even started before we arrived on the island; hotel staff contacted us days in advance to confirm our needs during our stay, reminded us about the ferry tickets required for the island, and even helped us book them. After adding the concierge on WeChat, they sent us information about hotel and island activities, and could assist with advance bookings and ticket reservations. Upon arrival, the concierge met us at the pier and helped with our luggage. Any questions we had during our stay were answered instantly via WeChat. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir and helped transport our luggage back to the pier. Considering we had a lot of luggage, a staff member specifically accompanied us on the ferry, helping with our bags the entire way. The whole stay felt very warm and reassuring; it’s a hotel full of human touch. The hotel environment is very quiet, with an ecological park next to it. Walking through the park leads to the beach, and the coastline is beautiful and great for walks. A truly excellent stay!

GGuest UserMy stay at Crowne Plaza Xiamen Jimei Seaview was truly wonderful. First off, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Waking up and pulling back the curtains to see the beautiful ocean was a delight. It's a shame it rained during my two-day visit; I imagine it would be even more stunning on a clear day, each with its own unique beauty. The sea's tide ebbs and flows, revealing a vast mudflat at low tide. I really liked the spacious room layout, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom! Our butler, Mia, called ahead to ask about my preferences and estimated arrival time, and also proactively offered a late check-out. Her service throughout was meticulous and attentive, responding promptly to any requests – truly a fantastic experience. The hotel's location is excellent for those driving or taking a taxi to Jimei University Town or Xiamen North Station, both are not far, making transportation very convenient. There's ample parking at the hotel, easy to get in and out without searching for a spot. The surrounding area has a lively local feel, with local seafood stalls just a short walk away where you can enjoy fresh seafood. The beachfront park is directly opposite the hotel, perfect for an evening stroll with the sea breeze or a morning jog – very therapeutic, quiet, and comfortable. The overall atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant, suitable for both travel and leisure. Highly recommended!

The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with soft and comfortable bedding. Soundproofing between rooms was great, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The front desk concierge, Ms. [Concierge's name, if available, otherwise just 'the concierge'], was meticulous and thoughtful, proactively checking in during my stay and responding promptly to all requests. This truly showcased five-star service warmth. The breakfast spread was rich with a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, it offers great value for money. Xiamen Airlines Golden Egret is definitely my top choice when visiting Xiamen.

GGuest UserStepping into the room, I was immediately greeted by a breathtaking panoramic ocean view from the balcony. Waking up to the sunrise painting the sea crimson, and drifting off to sleep with the sparkling waves and distant sailboats – it truly felt like living inside a postcard. Being able to embrace the entire ocean right from my bed was an unparalleled experience. As a newly opened hotel in 2025, the facilities are impeccable. The Nanyang-style design by CCD is both stylish and photogenic, with the panoramic bay window in the room being an absolute highlight. The window seat, complete with soft cushions, was perfect for gazing at the sea during the day and the city lights at night – simply staying in the room was a treat. The service was equally heartwarming; everyone from the front desk to the butler was incredibly friendly and attentive, with super fast response times, making us feel right at home. The rooftop bar and Italian restaurant are also definitely worth trying; the quality is top-notch. This hotel made my trip to Xiamen exceptionally wonderful, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I visit! Highly recommend it to anyone coming to Xiamen to enjoy the sea~ Vienna's service was particularly excellent! Thumbs up 👍 I'll be back next time.

We really appreciated the friendly front desk staff getting us an upgraded room. It is spacious, cleaned, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we need. We love their long and cleaned pool. It’s perfect for lap swimmers. Definitely we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

A special shout-out to Lobby Manager Wu Yanzu for being so thoughtful and enthusiastic, and the housekeeping staff were meticulous and attentive. The complimentary airport pick-up and shuttle service to tourist attractions were particularly thoughtful, and the staff patiently answered all our questions about getting around. This established five-star hotel lives up to its reputation with a comfortable environment and heartwarming service. It's perfect for both leisure and business travelers. The hotel is quite large, the service is good, and the breakfast selection is rich. The surrounding amenities are also great, with Wanda Plaza and Intime Department Store nearby, making shopping and dining very convenient. It's suitable for business trips or tourism.

TTangcenziTraveling with a child, this hotel exceeded all my expectations! The room was clean and spacious. Our butler, Irene, was incredibly thoughtful, providing us with travel tips and guides. Yulia helped us book activities and, despite a small issue with the kids' class, she actively worked to resolve it and even gifted us a paper-cutting class. The hotel is very close to the beach, making for pleasant strolls by the sea. It's also conveniently located, and the kids absolutely loved it. Next time, I'll definitely try their beach-combing activities. We had a great time!

No fuss, you can step onto the sand just a few minutes after walking out of the lobby. There aren't many hotels in Xiamen that are literally right on the sea, so this is definitely a big plus. It's located in Tong'an District, not far from Xiamen North Station, super close to Jimei, and also very near to ”Chu Yuxun's house” (a popular local reference, haha). If you're coming by high-speed rail, you can check in quickly after arriving, which is great for those looking for a relaxing two-day weekend getaway. Hygiene and Environment: It truly lives up to its five-star brand – clean and hygienic, giving you peace of mind. You can see the sea from the hotel lobby and also while dining in the restaurant, which is really comfortable. 😊 What truly deserves special praise is the breakfast 🥣 – excellent value for money. There's a wide variety, including local specialties like Shacha noodles and five-spice rolls. The service staff are all very enthusiastic and provide prompt service. With a Marriott brand like this offering such a great breakfast 🍳, what more could you ask for? Haha!
