The hotel service was excellent, always responsive to our needs and going above and beyond to satisfy guests. No matter the time, they were always quick to assist. The service even started before we arrived on the island; hotel staff contacted us days in advance to confirm our needs during our stay, reminded us about the ferry tickets required for the island, and even helped us book them. After adding the concierge on WeChat, they sent us information about hotel and island activities, and could assist with advance bookings and ticket reservations. Upon arrival, the concierge met us at the pier and helped with our luggage. Any questions we had during our stay were answered instantly via WeChat. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir and helped transport our luggage back to the pier. Considering we had a lot of luggage, a staff member specifically accompanied us on the ferry, helping with our bags the entire way. The whole stay felt very warm and reassuring; it’s a hotel full of human touch. The hotel environment is very quiet, with an ecological park next to it. Walking through the park leads to the beach, and the coastline is beautiful and great for walks. A truly excellent stay!

This isn't my first time staying here, and I really love it; the experience is consistently great. The breakfast selection changes a bit daily, always featuring authentic Southern Fujian specialties. There's a wide variety and the food tastes excellent. The room is also very dorm-like, quiet, and the bed is fantastic, leading to naturally high-quality sleep. The only minor downside is that the pool isn't very big, but the water quality is excellent. Also, our butler, Merry, took great care of us. For example, she'd ask what we wanted refilled in the minibar and prepared turn-down service nightly before we came back (which included a pre-sleep dessert, a floor mat next to the bed, and indoor slippers).

The room facilities are complete, smart, convenient, and well-maintained! The check-in experience was excellent, with modern and comprehensive hotel facilities. The guest room desk has plenty of power outlets, including a wireless charger, and the internet is smooth, perfect for work. The bathroom equipment is new and works well, and the central air conditioning accurately controls the temperature. Public facilities are well-maintained, the environment is clean and tidy, and all kinds of supporting facilities are running smoothly with meticulous attention to detail. It's very suitable for business travel. The breakfast was also delicious and nutritionally balanced, and the front desk service was particularly good.

This is a very good hotel. It is right next to the shopping mall, so restaurants and coffee shops are everywhere. We really appreciated the friendly front desk staff getting us an upgraded room. It is spacious, cleaned, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we need. We love their long and cleaned pool. It’s perfect for lap swimmers. Definitely we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

My stay at Xiamen C&D Hotel was absolutely perfect, I highly recommend it! The guest rooms are clean, tidy, and spacious, with soft, comfortable bedding. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring an undisturbed night's sleep, and all amenities are complete and well-maintained. The service was truly impeccable. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in was efficient and quick. A special shout-out to Lobby Manager Wu Yanzu for being so thoughtful and enthusiastic, and the housekeeping staff were meticulous and attentive. The service throughout our stay was proactive and thorough, with prompt responses to all our needs. The complimentary airport pick-up and shuttle service to tourist attractions were particularly thoughtful, and the staff patiently answered all our questions about getting around. This established five-star hotel lives up to its reputation with a comfortable environment and heartwarming service. It's perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Xiamen.

Arrived in Xiamen! I booked a 4-day, 3-night package on Ctrip quite a while ago. My sea-view room overlooks Wuyuan Bay Bridge, and right across is the sailing club. Customer service communication was smooth, and upon check-in, I was upgraded to an executive room, which gave me an even better view of the sea (o^^o). Opening the curtains, all I saw was stunning scenery. I have to praise the service; the front desk and concierge staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. Myla and Nancy at the executive lounge were also perfectly attentive. A major factor in choosing this hotel was its proximity to the airport – just a 10-minute drive – making travel very convenient. Getting to various attractions in the city and Jimei School Village by taxi was also easy. If I have the chance to visit Xiamen again, I would definitely consider booking this hotel.

This hotel offered a hot spring experience that truly exceeded expectations! The hotel was easy to find, and parking was convenient. The room was spotlessly clean, practically gleaming, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm. After a soak in the hot spring, I slept soundly until I naturally woke up. The biggest surprise was the private hot spring's temperature, which was absolutely perfect, a perfect score! Upon checkout, we even received a lovely gift. The front desk staff was very patient and helped me with many questions.

Our stay at the Shangri-La Xiamen was excellent overall. Before check-in, Yulia proactively contacted us to coordinate everything in advance. She meticulously shared all the hotel's activity guides, explaining the schedules and important notes very clearly. She even thoughtfully helped us book hotel activities, saving us the trouble of planning ourselves. The hotel's attention to detail was outstanding. Our room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the public areas were well-maintained, creating a quiet and elegant atmosphere. The staff were responsive, and their service was gentle and attentive. From the pre-arrival communication to our time at the hotel, we felt comfortable and relaxed. Both the facilities and the service were top-notch. It was a very satisfying stay, and I highly recommend it.

My family of three spent a weekend getaway at the Renaissance Xiamen, and we were absolutely thrilled with the experience! **Facilities:** We booked a poolside room, and the space inside was incredibly spacious. All the amenities were complete and looked brand new. Being able to step right out to the pool was fantastic – our child spent the whole day splashing around and didn't want to leave. **Service:** A special shout-out to all the hotel staff; their attitudes were exceptionally kind and attentive. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or restaurant service, any requests were responded to promptly. **Dining:** On Saturday evening, we made sure to try the buffet dinner. It mainly featured mini hot pots, along with an abundance of crayfish. The variety of dishes was impressive, with seafood, hot dishes, and desserts all available. The ingredients were super fresh, and we left feeling very satisfied. The breakfast buffet the next day was also excellent. **Environment:** The location is another big plus, being very close to the beach, making it super convenient for a stroll. We had a comfortable stay throughout, making it our top choice for a family vacation with kids. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Xiamen!
