The hotel service was excellent, always responsive to our needs and going above and beyond to satisfy guests. No matter the time, they were always quick to assist. The service even started before we arrived on the island; hotel staff contacted us days in advance to confirm our needs during our stay, reminded us about the ferry tickets required for the island, and even helped us book them. After adding the concierge on WeChat, they sent us information about hotel and island activities, and could assist with advance bookings and ticket reservations. Upon arrival, the concierge met us at the pier and helped with our luggage. Any questions we had during our stay were answered instantly via WeChat. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir and helped transport our luggage back to the pier. Considering we had a lot of luggage, a staff member specifically accompanied us on the ferry, helping with our bags the entire way. The whole stay felt very warm and reassuring; it’s a hotel full of human touch. The hotel environment is very quiet, with an ecological park next to it. Walking through the park leads to the beach, and the coastline is beautiful and great for walks. A truly excellent stay!

A wonderful stay with exceptional service We had a very enjoyable stay at Crowne Plaza Xiamen Jimei Seaview. The hotel is modern, beautifully designed and very comfortable, with lovely sea views and excellent facilities. Our room was fantastic, and we were very grateful for the generous upgrade. The hotel also prepared a lovely anniversary surprise for us, which was a genuinely thoughtful touch. We particularly enjoyed the evening turndown service, something we do not encounter very often and which added a nice five-star touch to the stay. The dinner buffet was another highlight. We were impressed by both the quality and variety of the food. The 22nd-floor Executive Lounge also deserves a special mention. It is a beautiful space with wonderful views and a very relaxing atmosphere. We took quite a few photos because we enjoyed the setting so much, and it is definitely somewhere we would recommend other guests experience. Most importantly, we would like to specifically recognise Merry. She was exceptional throughout our stay — warm, professional, patient and genuinely attentive. From helping with our room arrangements to checking on us throughout the stay, we always felt that she sincerely cared about our experience. Service like this makes a significant difference and is one of the main things we will remember about this hotel. The only area that fell short for us was the Level 5 swimming pool and health club. During our stay, the pool was extremely crowded due to external swimming activities, which unfortunately made it difficult for us to use. This was particularly disappointing as the swimming pool, gym and sauna were among the reasons we specifically chose this hotel for a stay during several rainy days. However, after we shared our experience with the hotel, our feedback was received with genuine concern and handled extremely professionally. We appreciated that very much and hope management can improve this aspect, because the quality of the leisure facilities should match the otherwise excellent standard of the hotel. Overall, despite this one area for improvement, we leave with very positive memories of our stay. The modern rooms, sea views, excellent food, beautiful Executive Lounge and, above all, the outstanding hospitality we received made this a hotel we would happily consider returning to. Traveling to Xiamen with my family, choosing Xiamen Airlines Golden Egret Hotel was a brilliant decision. A few days before our arrival, a dedicated butler contacted me to ask if we needed a smoking room, if there were any elderly or children in our party, and sent us a travel guide and check-in instructions. They even upgraded us to a lake view room. After returning from Gulangyu Island late in the evening, a doorman at the entrance helped us with parking, unloaded our luggage, and escorted us to the lobby for check-in. Entering the room, seeing the Dahongpao tea made us feel right at home. The deep sleep pillows and electric sofa were very comfortable. They even provided two types of slippers: one plastic for showering and one cotton for general use. Every morning before heading out, we'd receive thoughtful reminders and well wishes from the butler, like: ”It's hot, so bring bottled water and remember to use sunscreen. Have a great time…”. The hotel also has a swimming pool on the fifth floor, so you can bring your swimwear. This stay truly allowed us to experience the excellent service of Xiamen Airlines. We'll definitely be back next time.

The facilities are very convenient. The self-service laundry room is equipped with plenty of washing machines and dryers, along with countertops. The hotel's public areas are clean and tidy, parking is clearly zoned, and the guest room soundproofing is excellent. The front desk proactively informed me about the laundry room's operating hours, and the restaurant provided an abundant breakfast. I was very satisfied with my stay; it was a great experience.

This is a very good hotel. It is right next to the shopping mall, so restaurants and coffee shops are everywhere. We really appreciated the friendly front desk staff getting us an upgraded room. It is spacious, cleaned, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we need. We love their long and cleaned pool. It’s perfect for lap swimmers. Definitely we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

My stay at Xiamen C&D Hotel was absolutely perfect, I highly recommend it! The hotel's ambiance is elegant and grand, with a charming, antique-infused lobby featuring just the right amount of greenery, creating a peaceful oasis amidst the bustle. The guest rooms are clean, tidy, and spacious, with soft, comfortable bedding. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring an undisturbed night's sleep, and all amenities are complete and well-maintained. The service was truly impeccable. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in was efficient and quick. A special shout-out to Lobby Manager Wu Yanzu for being so thoughtful and enthusiastic, and the housekeeping staff were meticulous and attentive. The service throughout our stay was proactive and thorough, with prompt responses to all our needs. The complimentary airport pick-up and shuttle service to tourist attractions were particularly thoughtful, and the staff patiently answered all our questions about getting around. This established five-star hotel lives up to its reputation with a comfortable environment and heartwarming service. It's perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Xiamen.

The Wyndham Grand Xiamen Haicang is an excellent choice if you're planning activities around Wuyuan Bay. My stay here was full of pleasant surprises. Not only does the hotel provide a shuttle to the Yacht Club, but during concert periods, they also offer round-trip shuttle services to the venue, which made getting around incredibly convenient. If you're attending a concert, you can reserve a direct shuttle to the venue and avoid the hassle of waiting for transportation after the show. The hotel's aromatherapy check-in experience was particularly memorable. Upon entering the lobby, you're greeted by a subtle, warm fragrance – not overwhelming – which instantly eased the fatigue from my travels and added a touch of elegance. The guest rooms are spacious, with soft and comfortable bedding. It was quiet at night, allowing for a good rest after a day of exploring. Jenny was very professional and responsive to any requests. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering both Western and Chinese options, including authentic Southern Fujian flavors, all of which tasted great. Whether you're here for a seaside vacation or specifically for a concert, the transportation and services at this hotel are top-notch. My overall experience exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend it.

The hotel's location is excellent, right by the sea. The most interesting part is the mangrove forest below the window. The scenery changes with the tides, and it was fascinating to witness these transformations multiple times during our one-day stay. The night view was also beautiful. The room was spacious, and the mattress and down pillows were very comfortable. The hotel's hot spring is outdoors, with each small pool perfectly sized for a family of three. There are tables and chairs nearby if you want to rest, and the sugar-free tea provided was delicious – much better than the sweet ginger tea often found at other hot springs, and I drank a lot of it. The swimming pool is large, and my child had a great time with the two armbands we bought for 20. The cleanliness was good, and the non-smoking floor had fresh air. Being by the sea, there was a slight feeling of dampness. The staff was very polite. They proactively called us before check-in, and knowing we had an older child, they upgraded us to a room with a super-king 2.7m bed. In the morning, since my elderly parent couldn't walk in the wetland park, I took my child out and let my parent rest at the hotel. Worried we wouldn't make it back before noon, they also extended our check-out time to 2 PM, allowing us to return, shower, and then depart. Everything was very thoughtful. My only regret is that the breakfast selection wasn't varied enough, and the taste wasn't great. However, overall, it's a fantastic resort hotel.

The hotel is right next to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for transportation. Sandy at the front desk was very welcoming and provided excellent service. The room was quite spacious, well-equipped, with comfortable bedding and a beautiful view. Our private butler and cleaning attendant, Auntie Ye, was incredibly thoughtful. She provided a complimentary bubble bath, thoroughly disinfected all the bathroom fixtures, supplied almost every toiletry imaginable, and even offered a selection of different pillows. She also promptly reported any facility issues for repair. Additionally, she gave us Xiamen souvenirs, offered bedtime drinks like hot milk and chrysanthemum tea, and thoughtfully turned down our bed with lavender aromatherapy. The executive lounge was refined and had a great atmosphere, with a wide variety of food and drinks. The bartender at the lobby bar on the first floor was very approachable, and they also offered a range of beverages and snacks. A complimentary laundry service was provided once a day. Breakfast was extensive and unique. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Traveling with my family, I carefully selected this hotel, and our entire stay was absolutely perfect – everyone was very satisfied. I had noted in advance that we were traveling with a child, and upon arrival, the front desk thoughtfully arranged a quieter room for us, paying attention to every detail. The room was spacious and didn't feel cramped, and the floor was clean and non-slip, so I felt at ease letting my child run around and play. The hygiene was impeccable; the bedding was dry and soft, making me feel comfortable with my child playing on the bed. The air conditioning worked very well. The hotel's common areas were clean and tidy, the hallways were quiet, and our rest at night was completely undisturbed by outside noise. The location is uniquely advantageous; the beach is just a short walk away, and there are many dining options nearby. The staff were very patient and answered all our questions thoroughly. We didn't encounter any problems during our stay; the facilities were in perfect condition, making our stay both reassuring and comfortable. This hotel added a lot to a wonderful trip. Next time I bring my family here, I will definitely stay again. Highly recommended for families.
