Our family had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel right at home. A special shoutout to Connie, Eric and the manager in charge Jason —they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Friendly, helpful, and always with a smile, they truly made a difference in our stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—exactly what we needed after a long day. The hotel is also in a great location, very close to Zhongshan Lu, easy access to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a welcoming atmosphere, excellent service, and a convenient base for your trip.

I looked at many hotels on Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street on Ctrip, including brands, and finally chose this one at the last minute when I got off the train. It is on the 4th floor of a shopping mall on the pedestrian street, a whole floor, and you can only enter the guest room area by swiping a card. The hotel is actually the same as the picture. It is a very new hotel, suitable for family group travel. Most room types can accommodate at least 3 people. Facilities: Smart home appliances throughout the house, just say hello Xiaowei. If you bring children, the children should have fun playing. Hygiene: The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the tiles on the shower wall are very cute. It is a very comfortable and cute green view rabbit. Environment: The decoration and layout in the room are carefully designed at a glance, French style, and the inner window room is booked. The fake window can also be checked in and taken pictures. Service: The front desk brother and sister are very enthusiastic, patiently explain how to use the facilities in the room, and the things they need will be delivered to the room in time, and they will take the initiative to ask if they need to be cleaned, etc. Because there are only two people traveling this time, we booked a twin room. But the guy at the front desk also enthusiastically let me go into other room types to take pictures. The suite is really big, with two bathrooms. It feels like it can accommodate 6 people😌. If you are a family, you can sit on the balcony at night to drink tea and chat🀄️. On the first night of check-in, because I didn’t know how to use the fresh air system air conditioner, I reported it^_^ and the front desk immediately gave a solution and sent breakfast before leaving. The breakfast is rich in variety, and the stir-fried dishes taste pretty good, which is in line with the healthy eating habits of Yueban people. Thumbs up👍.

The hotel is located in the old city, the nearest subway is about 15 to 20 minutes away, and the Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street is about 10 minutes away. The hotel provides community food within 1 km of the hotel. The hotel facilities are quite complete and the rooms are spacious. The only suggestion is to provide glass cups or mugs in the room for guests to use instead of using paper cups.

Hotel is new and clean. The view is good though due to structural designs, people from neighbouring levels can see you at the couch. Not the fault of the hotel as it was built this way. It was a little hard to locate the place as the address stated was 96-2 which meant B tower. No obvious signs at lobby for directions. When I entered the same address for ******* they went to the wrong tower too. Fresh towels are provided everyday. Only downside was that the air-conditioning is centralised and they switched it to heater without notice. I was only told when I asked.

Room 1: [Liulan I Seaview Suite (Gulangyu Night View + Three Beds, Two Bedrooms, Two Bathrooms + Xiaomi Smartphone] > The 3-person suite is not bad, but there is a problem with the faucet, but it was solved quickly. Room 2: [Xinghui I 270° Seaview King Room (Internet celebrity big bathtub + beautiful sunset + starry sky ceiling)] > My family said that the air conditioner is too noisy, the air conditioner cannot be adjusted to the lowest wind, the air outlet is not designed well, and it is very tiring to blow on the head all the time.

Praise: -The hotel is located next to Mercure hotel. very strategic location, walk 5-10 min to Eight seafood market. -The room view is really nice, unblocking view to the sea & Gulangyu island. -The receptionist staff is really helpful and hardworking. Upon a call, he picked up us at the drop off area and helped to bring our luggage, 谢谢你，接待员! Sorry didn't get to know his name. Need to improve: -The room condition is bit different from the photo; it's bit older than what being shown in the trip.com. -For the toilet, the showering area is not closed with door or partition, so when you are taking shower, the water will flash out to the closet area, so need to be careful of slippery. -The sofas cushion is not that clean too -There is no lobby hotel, and the laundry machine is only one and located at staff room (service area)

I read the online guide and said that it is relatively convenient to live in Zengcuo'an. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the nearby beach. The actual experience of staying in is that this area is all small streets and alleys. The environment is really not flattering. You need to take a taxi to several lively attractions. Other homestays stayed on the first night, the online renderings and the actual gap were large, so the next day decisively cancelled one night. After the actual inspection around, I chose Huacai Xiaozhu. The newly renovated environment is not bad. It is also one of the few in this area. There are elevators. The homestay also has a washing machine and dryer. It is very convenient to wash clothes after going to the beach. If you want to stay in Zengcuo'an, you can consider this one.

Stayed here for one night, the experience was very good. The cleaning lady cleaned the room very well, the decoration of the room was warm, the front desk service was very good, and they sent us travel guides and snack guides after adding WeChat ~ very considerate, the subway station is very close, about five minutes away from the accommodation, and the Botanical Garden Shapowei is also very close. The attractions we want to visit are all within two kilometers! The weather has been very good these days! The sunrise and sunset are very beautiful!!! Those who have come to Xiamen these days are blessed ~ If you don’t understand anything, you can ask the front desk! Also! You can buy afternoon boat tickets to Gulangyu ~ This place is super close to the ferry terminal! It only takes nine minutes to scan a bicycle and ride there, which is very convenient ~
