The hygiene of the room was not good, there were urine stains on the toilet and dirt on the quilt. Disgusting.

不錯的酒店。附近有公交、地鐵，離將軍祠地鐵站不遠，步行幾分鐘可達，交通方面還是很便利的；酒店乾淨整潔，工作人員禮貌友善，處理問題也很及時；酒店內有室內游泳池以及温泉池，這一點很棒。此次入住挺滿意，好評。

和朋友自駕游來的，住了兩晚。酒店有免費停車場，客服人員態度很好，酒店還提供游泳池温泉票。趕過來入住後泡個温泉輕鬆多了。 交通便利，離鼓浪嶼的輪渡碼頭和園林植物園都很近。來旅遊住太方便了。

設施：酒店配套設施齊全，還有很大的免費停車場！
衞生：乾淨整潔！
環境：很好，晚上安靜，酒店背靠植物園，後門走着去很近，離地鐵站也近！
服務：很温馨，工作人員都很熱情！
天山泉温泉活水養生SPA:有温泉泡，不過沒來得及去體驗！

優點：房間環境不錯，服務員服務態度也很好
缺點：儘管離各個著名景點直線距離都不遠，但如果是自由行不開車的話，建議還是住一個交通更加便利的地方，每天爬坡真的很累，公共自行車也要走一段距離才有；酒店有些設備老舊；叫人來修的時候也要等十分鐘左右，比較慢

大概晚上7:00多鍾到達廈門，剛好下大雨，我最初提前訂的酒店竟然沒有停車位，打電話過去，叫我導航到邊上停車站走過去，如此瓢潑大雨，簡直無法理解，而且一路正式領略了一下廈門的擁堵，果斷撤單重新搜尋了這家山水一方酒店，房間忘記拍照了，就是比較老的酒店設施也比較舊，但是最大的優點就是有一個很大的院子，可以停車很方便，這就已經讓人很驚喜了，可以送兩張温泉票，但是我們太晚了，9:00就下班，所以沒有泡成，不過能夠不淋雨，挺好車，舒舒服服的睡一覺，開啟第二天的旅程，已經很滿意了
