Enjoyed our 13 nights stay in this hotel very much. Location is fantastic as it's within walking distance to all modes of public transport-buses, metro & BRT. The hotel service is great too-there's a laundry room with 2 large auto washing machines for guests' complimentary use, with detergent & softener provided. The front desk & cleaning staff are all very helpful & polite too. There's also service to refrigerate our food items & a helpful robot to bring our requests of towels, water, etc to the room.

Good location, price, and room for what you pay. However the staff lacked basic manners and training immediately trying to reject a foreign guest upon arrival only having to admit a minute later that foreign guests are of course allowed to stay.

Service: The front desk is professional and friendly, and the cleaning lady is warm and thoughtful with a particularly good attitude.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy! Complete supplies.
Facilities: Very comfortable to live in, enough hot water, cool air conditioning, good sound insulation.
Environment: 10 meters from the bus stop, 200 meters from the subway station, 200 meters from the BRT station; transportation is very convenient. Downstairs is very prosperous and full of local snacks.
It is really cost-effective to stay in Wenzao when you come to Xiamen, and Home Inn can be regarded as the first choice at this price, very good
