Litz Oceanview Hotel (Huandao Road)

This time I stayed at Liz Seaview Hotel in Xiamen. I was very satisfied. Mr. Yu at the front desk learned about our needs from a simple conversation and tried his best to arrange it. We stayed in a newly decorated family room. The family was very satisfied, and we stayed one more night. Trip Gold Members have free breakfast, the quality is OK I recommend Kelai to stay at Huandao Road, Xiamen

It is a hotel that serves group guests. If you have high requirements for independent travel, it is not recommended to stay in this hotel! ! Sanitation and transportation services are terrible! ! Looking at the photos on Ctrip, it feels like a great hotel, but the result is a big speechless. More than 1k is just this 🥵 is simply cheating. Might as well live at home! ! 1. There is a strange and unpleasant smell that seems to be musty in the hotel. It feels bad when you enter the lobby. In the room still lingering... 2. The cleanliness of the room is also quite suspicious. My parents' room had huge stains on the bathroom glass, and the glass in our room couldn't be seen. In addition, the furniture as shown in the picture is indescribable... 3. The bed is not even at all, and Simmons is the kind that can directly touch the springs, and I have never experienced it... 4. The service is not professional at all. Check in took an extremely long time. The two staff members fumbled at the computer and made mistakes. Because I forgot to bring my ID card back home, I only brought my passport. I asked if I could register with the passport. Staff A handed it to B and then to C. No one knew how to deal with it. For another example, when I went back to the hotel at night to inquire about wifi and traffic routes, I just shook my head and didn't know what to do. I stared at the computer screen the whole time and hardly made any eye contact with us. Shockingly unprofessional. 5. When we booked a hotel on Ctrip, there were very few reviews for this hotel. It is reasonable to suspect that the main business target is tourist groups. The group guests may not have high requirements for accommodation, and they don’t have the habit of leaving reviews, so the hotel’s rating is so bad that it’s okay... 6. The so-called sea view is the kind that needs to be overlooked. The foreground is a mess of children's playgrounds and the like. In short, lightning protection is strongly recommended, and Xiamen is not as small as everyone imagines. In order to play more comfortably, you must live in a place with convenient transportation in the urban area. Otherwise, too much time will be wasted on the way to and from the hotel. Especially on holidays, it is very difficult to take a taxi, and the bus is like a sardine. If you bring old people like your parents, it will really ruin your mood.

五一假期能訂到性價比這麼高的房間真的太棒了，前台的小姐姐幫助我們辦理了房間升級，海景房面積很大，透過窗户能看到不遠處的大海，天氣好的話在房間就能夠看到🌄，步行十多分鐘就可以到達人少景美的黃厝海灘，長者孩子都很滿意。

體驗太差了，酒店設施設備陳舊，冰箱是壞的，孩子帶着葯，必須放冰箱的那種，把我整壞了，房間走廊裏面有煙味。一米五一個床一個小房間，平時1-200的房間，548春節，開始沒看清以為是標間，我們要換房間，酒店方臨時再加價一晚150。酒店位置在一個深深的巷子裏面，距離海邊至少還有2千米，旅行團車根本不進去，每天讓走出來坐車，這個酒店叫海景太搞笑太牽強。酒店周邊沒有超市購物餐廳等地方，不方便。 最倒黴的是加了個枕頭，裏面不知道填塞的是東西，疙裏疙瘩，第二天早晨起床還落枕了，人生地不熟，疼痛難忍，唉！😔 再説自助餐，嚴格測量孩子身高，比坐高鐵動車公交車都嚴格，餐廳幾個大媽守門員拉個黑臉，我寶貝1.21都要補錢，早上孩子吃不多，補錢不划算，就讓坐在大廳門口，還假惺惺地送一杯豆漿。感謝我們樓層的一個掃衞生的大姐，幫了我幾次小忙。PS:這個酒店是旅遊公司推薦的，平時接待團隊，應該沒人好好評價。 這個經歷讓我對廈門再無好感， 應該這一生不會再去第二次，廈門是個沒有人情味，衹認錢的城市。

住不是一次兩次了，每次都比較舒心安靜非常值得住，可惜天橋不好不然應該可以看到日出
