Service : While check in , those two staffs were very good, they knew how to handle the guests. But all the good work by the check in staff were ruined by the staff who were at the check out period!!!
In fact I feel sorry for those at the evening shift. Boy who came to room to explain about the projector in the room, the other receptionist who recognised the guest may not understand the operation of the projector due to language barrier, were excellent and deserve praise for the attitude and understanding.
On a contrary, ladies who were in the day shift , do not understand the importance of keeping the guest. When I tried to explain the projector has to be cleaned by showing photo, she was trying to defend that, that were not dust but part of machine.
Verdict: Featured room is waste of money. Projector keep disconnects after every 3-4 minutes. If you mirror from your mobile, it won’t take the sound, but video only.
