Shenxianju Narada Resort & Spa

This was my first time experiencing a Narada Hotel quite like this. It calls itself a resort, but the cleanliness and service were more on par with a typical motel. The reception was just a single desk, and on a rainy day, I had to haul all my luggage in myself, which was fine, I guess. But the hygiene in the room was truly disappointing. There was still a hair tie from the previous guest hanging in the shower, and no labels for hot or cold water, so I had to guess. The magnifying mirror still had fingerprints on it, the hand soap dispenser had a thick green layer around the nozzle, and there was black mold along the edges of the sink. The only upside is its proximity to the scenic area's North Gate.

Fantastic location, right by the north gate of the scenic area, with great views and fresh air. Breakfast and front desk service were both excellent. It seems the cleaning staff might have forgotten to replace the towels during housekeeping. The restaurant was decent, nothing special.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right at the North Gate of Shenxianju Scenic Area, allowing direct access to the park as soon as you step out. The rooms offer expansive views and breathtaking scenery. The hotel staff were very helpful and promptly resolved any issues.

They were quick to resolve any issues, which I really appreciated. When checking in, I found that the hotel offered better prices for scenic area tickets than other platforms. Plus, it's super close to the North Gate of Shenxianju. The mountain views from the restaurant are amazing, and the breakfast was excellent!

The hotel is nestled on a mountainside, surrounded by lush peaks, offering a high concentration of negative ions – perfect for clean air. It's also the closest hotel to the North Gate of the scenic area. The rooms are clean and bright, the staff are polite and enthusiastic, and the environment is very quiet, making it ideal for seniors looking for a relaxing getaway. We'll definitely be back during plum season to hike and enjoy the fruit!

Nice hotel, right in the Shenxianju scenic area, surrounded by mountains. It's a few minutes' walk to the entrance, which is super convenient. The hotel service is also great, and parking is free.
