我們4間房入住這家酒店前台提前安排房間捱了一起，服務很貼心細緻，大堂環境也很明亮免費停車，房間寬敞乾淨，早餐也很豐富，入住期間很愉快，十分推薦！

進入酒店大堂感覺很舒適，像是回到了家中一樣，前台小姐姐十分熱情，告知早餐時間，洗衣房位置等，房間温馨，床墊很軟和，睡起來十分舒服，早餐種類豐富，酒店設施齊全，總之非常滿意

訂新鄉藝悦酒店就是停車方便，有大型地下車庫，從車庫到酒店大堂有專用電梯，指示明確清晰，二樓的自助早餐有麪條和粉條，其他食材種類及水果比較豐富，酒店旁有好多飯店小吃，購物用餐都非常方便。

此次住宿體驗感非常差，到了酒店安排了房間，地面一大片污漬，然後前台又給換了房間。特地交代要安靜結果一夜無眠，窗户外一大堆空調外機轟轟響一晚上。硬件設施衞生間異味，地面，床上用品都有污漬都可以忍受，晚上強大的噪音真讓人痛苦難以忍受，嚇得早飯也沒吃早上趕緊退房走了。因為住宿，家人心情也很差。
