房間衞生無異味，用品一應俱全，紅木傢俱風格比較適合中老年人，遇到的服務人員態度都很好，包括前台保安衞生餐廳温泉池和其他工作人員，見面都自動打招呼，酒店環境舒適嫻靜。酒店食材新鮮做工也不差，有優惠券抵扣後也不覺得貴。美中不足的是1、不能延時到2點，因為前一天雷雨下午晚上都不能泡温泉，申請延時到2點，很勉強延到1點，比較趕。2、房間都是紅木，可能是酸枝，有坐酸枝卧緬花的説法。不知是否房間都是酸枝的緣故，比較興奮，睡得不是很好。總體還是滿意的

2號錯峯出行，來到新興，這是第一次來到新興，入住兩晚。

第二晚在離酒店不遠的農莊吃完飯，回到酒店已經快九點了。沒多久就感覺兩個手掌發癢，還以為是被蚊子咬的，慢慢地耳朵癢，脖子癢，意識到是過敏了，我本想找**送葯的，一直也沒有找到能馬上送葯的，京東急送葯也試失敗了。但一來酒店遠，二來葯店關門早，打電話給前台，前台急我所急，馬上找師傅派車送我到最近的衞生院就醫，沒多久就到了六組鎮衞生院，打了一針屁股針，又拿了用量三次的口服脱敏葯和維C，葯費花了14塊錢。開車師傅一直等我就醫完畢，然後送我回酒店。在車上時我就覺得雙手沒這麼癢了，回到酒店後沒多久耳朵後面的兩個過敏引起的腫塊也漸漸消失了。真是開心啊。最主要酒店沒有加收我送我就醫的額外的服務費。非常感恩啊！非常暖人心。必須大大點贊❤️❤️❤️🌹🌷🌺
至於温泉方面，因為為了遷就小孩，所以基本都在小童池裡，孩子年紀小，超過39度的池子就不遠去，所以我也沒有享受過其他的池子。留點小遺憾，下次再去泡。

這次是跟二老一起出行，二老對酒店服務讚不絕口，去了那麼多温泉酒店，都沒這服務好
環境還不錯，喜歡吸收負離子的推薦，但怕蚊子咬的要做好防護
