The room is clean and tidy, the service is warm and generous, the food and beverages are rich and delicious, the supporting facilities are complete, the hotel lobby is luxurious and grand, and the courtyard flowers and plants are beautiful and gorgeous.

A very satisfying booking. Right next to the tourist center, the double room was under a thousand dollars, and with such a great location, it was an excellent value. The entire hotel was a five-star standard, with excellent service, new facilities, and a very rich buffet breakfast. The hotel also has a beautiful, spacious interior garden. Next time I visit Nalati, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

The Xinjiang Cultural Tourism Narat Resort Hotel is ideally located, just a two-minute walk from the Narat Scenic Area Service Center. Located across the river from the scenic area, the hotel offers panoramic views of lush green mountains, snow-capped mountains, meadows, and pine trees, creating a truly picturesque experience. The room amenities were quite complete, and the breakfast was quite generous. However, the service was lacking: there was a lack of seamless coordination between the front desk and housekeeping. After check-in, the room wasn't cleaned, leaving the staff scrambling. Tourism in Narat is highly seasonal, and it felt like most of the staff were newly hired and hadn't received formal training. Instead of greeting each other, the staff ignored the greetings they'd received. We recommend that the hotel strengthen its management and improve its overall quality. The hotel also provided fruit on our check-in day, which we appreciated!

1. The hotel's decor is way too outdated. 2. The room facilities are old and worn. A draft blew in at night, and some metal pieces outside the window kept rattling all night, making it impossible to sleep. 3. For a hotel costing 1000 yuan a night, the coffee machine at breakfast couldn't make coffee. When asked, they said they were out of coffee that day, only instant coffee. The only redeeming quality is the service, but the service is worth the extra cost of less than 1000 yuan. Most of the guests are tour groups; I highly do not recommend it for individual travelers! The worst hotel I stayed in during my trip to Xinjiang, bar none.
