The billiards hall is on the 2nd floor, and the guest rooms are on the 3rd and 4th floors. If you stay on the 3rd floor, you can hear the billiards all night long. Even on the 4th floor, you'll hear traffic noise all night. They have two room types: one in the hallway and one facing the road. The one facing the road is no exaggeration to say it's constantly filled with traffic noise all night. The one in the hallway is even worse; you can clearly hear everything from the next room—walking, talking, or the elevator doors opening. The air conditioning is also faulty; in Xundian, where winters are already cold, the air conditioning doesn't even heat the room. The drains also clog very easily. The front desk service is terrible; they're arrogant and impatient when you ask questions.
