Had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself had plenty of amenities and was kept at a perfect temperature during the cold winter I stayed. Location was also perfect, very close to some of the best places in Xuzhou. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

第一次給酒店差評，入住體驗實在很一般，雖然是情有可原，可是作為國際品牌酒店來説也太不完善了！
設施：整體比較落後，馬桶不能加熱，窗簾是手動的，牆紙鼓包嚴重，窗台玻璃更是看不清外面！房間無冰箱無安保設備，枕頭也都是軟枕。
衞生：沙發枕頭和地毯污漬明顯，寫字枱還有茶杯印
環境：酒店內部整體環境還行，客房就真的不具備性價比，電視牆上的貼紙一共不過50個字，竟然還有塗改錯別字，也是不知道説什麼好
服務：服務人員工作挺認真
其他：頭一次遇到給訪客刷電梯是做到房卡的，還可以直接打開客房門，實在太不安全了！

酒店設施設備很齊全，有洗衣房和健身房，拿着房卡就可以免費使用。酒店旁邊就有購物中心，吃飯，消遣都很方便。酒店挺乾淨的，早餐也不錯，停車場也是免費的。交通最方便了，距離地鐵站步行最多也就十分鐘。服務特別好，免費給升級了房型。以後去各個城市都會選擇希爾頓歡朋，價格也很適中。

優點：位置還不錯，離地鐵站380米。（但是景點都蠻近的地鐵用得不多）
説要樓層高的要求得到滿足。
早餐不錯。
打掃的阿姨態度很好。
大堂有辦公區域。
缺點：隔音不太行，應該是窗户的問題。
窗户有煙頭沒清理乾淨。
房間比較小。
