Amazing experience with this hotel! Very large room with private sauna room, great Fuji Mountain View in the room! Amazing dinner & breakfast! Good service! Highly recommended!

Location: There is a bus stop at the door (Yamanakako Post Office Station), but if you take a long-distance bus to Yamanakako, the place where you get off is a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel! ! It is not very convenient if you drag a large suitcase. But Yamanakako is right outside the hotel, and Mount Fuji is behind it. There is also a parking lot in the hotel. Overall, it is more suitable for guests who drive themselves, travel light, or have a budget for taking a taxi (ps Yamanakako can only call a local taxi, and the assistance of the front desk is required) Hotel: The room type is very unique, the sauna room is in the middle of the room, and the balcony window is not big, but you can see the lake or Mount Fuji. The room is very spacious, with a separate shower and bathtub, as well as a large bath and breakfast room. The view of the breakfast room is highly recommended, it is great

There is a warm sauna, which is open in advance. It is really comfortable to take a sauna after playing in the snow in winter. There is also a video teaching us how to use the equipment in the room. Although it is in Japanese, I can still understand it by watching the video.

Very good, beyond expectations! It takes about half an hour to get to Kawaguchiko by bus, and you can get off directly in front of the hotel. The staff is super nice, English communication is barrier-free, and the terrace of the mountain view room faces Mount Fuji, which is very clear. The hotel rents a bicycle and rides to Shiratorihama for about 6-7 minutes. You must go here to see the red Fuji at sunrise! The internet-famous coffee shop is just opposite Shiratorihama. You can also play with swans. I will stay here again next time.

The room design is great, it seems that each room has a different design. The breakfast and dinner are amazing and well arranged. The bus stop is right at the door, 711 is a 10-minute walk away, and you can see Mount Fuji on the 3rd floor.

The price premium is quite high during the cherry blossom season, but it’s nice to be able to see Mount Fuji from your room👌

Very cool Onsen! Super beds and room facilities. The hotel's feature is that it is located next to Fuji. The place is great for a quiet and secluded holiday. The price for breakfast and dinner is not adequate. This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. Luxury 3 stars in terms of facilities. Excellent staff at work. Clean and cozy. The cost does not meet expectations at all. If the price was at least 30 percent less (90 thousand rubles for 2 nights) it would definitely be a solid 5 out of 5.

The location of the hotel is actually OK. Although it takes an hour to get from Gotemba Station to the hotel by bus, 44 stops, every half an hour. But Mount Fuji is right outside the hotel lobby window. It was a pleasant surprise for me who thought the weather might be bad and visibility was poor. The hotel front desk guys and girls were quite enthusiastic, but the room service was really unexpected! We stayed for two nights, so the suitcases and toiletries were all in the room, basically spread out neatly. But the next day when we went out and returned to the room, we found that the room had been tidied, but the two pajamas we had put on the bed were thrown on the floor!! I complained to the front desk. The guy said: Sao Li! Room service is outsourced! He will report it! Then when I took a shower at night, I couldn’t find the facial cleanser that was originally placed with the shower gel. I looked around and recalled that it must have been thrown away by the person who cleaned the room, but why? ? The milk carton after eating was not thrown away? I complained to the front desk again! A new girl changed. After she understood, she went to the warehouse to rummage around and came out with my facial cleanser. It was only half a bottle. Why did she clean it up? ? There is no other explanation Saoli Saoli🙄 So I couldn't find vitamin B later. I strongly suspected that I was also dealt with. It's not worth the money. Can I call the police? ! So I don't know whether I should recommend this hotel. I don't know if I will go there again next time. By the way, the bathtub can be used for bathing, but the plug at the bottom of the bathtub can't be plugged in. The water flows out. For a moment, I thought that it was not just letting the water flow while soaking...

The weather was bad when I went there. It was a nice hotel with a special breakfast. The location was good.

The transportation is very convenient and the scenery is also very good. Overall it is very good! The breakfast is also very rich.

There are steam rooms, open-air hot springs, and French-style dinners. If you eat in Tokyo, it will cost HK$1,000 per person.

The hotel is very new and there is parking space at the door. Very convenient. Too bad there is no TV in the room. Booked a room with Mount Fuji view. I personally don't like the room and sauna room, although they are very new. It would be nice if it was a private bath instead.
