1.老闆服務態度熱情，有問題及時解決，一線海景房陽台對着海灘
2.位置優越周邊吃喝玩樂都有，導航可以直接到樓下，停車方便
3.房東推薦的景點都不錯，離海近，遇到合適的時間可以趕海，性價比高

景色非常美，夏天孩子就喜歡來海邊玩水，離放生台，小港灣，大角灣，十里銀灘都比較近，房子性價比高

專門避開五一岀遊高峯期。房間位置好，出了小區就是沙灘。站在房間和陽台上整個海灣一覽無餘。下次還會再來。

普通小區商品房，設施陳舊，簡陋，
周邊工地施工噪音，對面海灘半夜放炮，體驗極差。
唯一不錯的，是房間空調夠冷，熱水夠熱，別無其他。
這個價格，虧太多了。
照片不拍了，希望大家不踩坑吧。

優點：在小區裏，地勢高，望海景色不錯，離沙灘比較近。缺點：介紹説是2023年新開業，其實房子很舊，門鏈門鎖都生銹了，進去黴味很重。客廳空調壞了，電視機壞了，燒水壺一接通就斷路。被子是潮的，幸好來得比較早，下午在陽台曬過太陽又好一點。衞生間發黴，鏡子掛在牆上都是歪歪斜斜的。空調噪音非常之大，一整晚都沒睡着，住過酒店體驗最差的，沒有之一。老闆娘態度還行，有問題會過來，雖然最終沒有解決問題。
