This is kind of disappointed experience. First of all, one of the toilet couldn't flush and needed two nights to repair, which I only stay there for three nights. It took so long to repair was because the staff made the mistake on the room (there are two rooms in this suite).
Second, one of the air-conditioner was not cool at all and only half of it functioned. It didn't repair during our stay. You can imagine how uncomfortable and hot at the room when everyday is above 30 degree Celsius.
Lastly, the room cleaning service really confused me. The staff will only clean your room only when you tell the reception you need the cleaning service every morning. This is not a big problem but the problem is NONE of the staff, including the staff during my check in or the staff on duty in the morning, told me that I have to do so to get the room cleaning service.
Except the unsatisfying service, tbh, the view of the room is great and balcony is really spacious. It was a little bit sad that we could't enjoy it too much due to hot weather. It does deserve to have a stay if you want to enjoy the view.

The room is on the 7th floor and there is no elevator, which is acceptable. What is unacceptable is zero service. The table on the balcony was very dirty, and the children's clothes were dirty when they leaned on it. I went downstairs and asked the receptionist to please wipe the table, but they still asked if they had wiped it? It was raining at night and we couldn't sit outside on the terrace. I asked the receptionist if there was a simple table we could borrow. He said no. Rain was something they couldn't control. I understand! Then I asked the front desk if there was any way he could help us since we wanted to eat something and had nowhere to put it. He was silent for a few seconds and said there was nothing he could do to help me!
