The room was spacious and well-equipped with comfortable amenities. The service was exceptional; the staff, especially the ladies, helped with luggage throughout my stay and were great at taking pictures. The common areas were also very large! It was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely book this place again next time.

The front desk staff and a waitress in the restaurant were very prompt with their service. The environment was great, and it was very clean. The balcony room had good natural light, perfect for drying clothes quickly. They also offered a complimentary photo session.

The room is spacious and very clean! The balcony directly overlooks the mountain view pool downstairs, which is super beautiful! There's afternoon tea and breakfast. The 6th-floor observation deck offers picture-perfect views that look like movie scenes. The large lawn is great for kids to run around. There's also an outdoor pool. The location is very convenient, just a 10-minute drive from West Street.

The hotel experience was pretty good, with decent facilities and a nice environment. There's a small outdoor pool, and the lobby has a ball pit that kids will love. The hotel is located right by the Yulong River, and the large lawn leads straight to the river, making it perfect for picturesque photoshoots. It's ideal for those who enjoy travel photography.

My classmate stayed here last month and recommended it. It truly offers great value for money. The hotel itself has a rich array of facilities and entertainment options, including a swimming pool, a large lawn, a small petting zoo, parking, a laundry room, and a bathroom with a dry/wet separation – everything you could ask for. Our booking package also included animal feeding, travel photography, afternoon tea at the scenic restaurant, kite flying, fishing, and more. At the end of the large lawn is the Yulong River, and bamboo rafts occasionally pass by comprehensive docks (a bonus: we personally tested and negotiated with a rafter, and there’s a chance to disembark directly onto the large lawn near the hotel). The panoramic restaurant on the top floor is incredibly photogenic, with beautiful mountains and rivers, plush teddy bears, and swings – very satisfying. It's rare to find a restaurant that stands out with its hardware and layout while also maintaining high culinary standards. We got a basic set meal with beer fish, and every single dish was delicious. What a dream place! As for drawbacks, my family of four was split 2-2 on whether to mention them, but I will. We couldn't quite figure out how to properly use the washing machine; in the sterilization mode, the lettering on my son's windbreaker and Manchester City T-shirt washed off (as an Arsenal fan, I feel for him 🐶). Also, for friends like us with a limited budget who didn't book a room facing the large lawn and swimming pool, opting for the more affordable family room instead, there's a slight gradient between the floor around the bathtub and the main room floor. This made it easy to trip near the bathtub. Our family of four stumbled four times over our three-day, two-night stay, hahaha! But thankfully, the slope is minor, so it was just a stumble, not a fall. Minor flaws aside, it was a perfect trip to Yangshuo, and we'll choose this place again next time. Oh, and a funny anecdote: when feeding the animals, there was a grey sheep that was incredibly smart and a super aggressive eater. It fearlessly snatched food from deer and alpacas that were much taller than it, and effortlessly bullied smaller sheep. It was so quick, it would open its mouth and snatch carrots right out of other animals' mouths. To ensure the other hungry little lambs got some food, I had my two kids work together: one distracted the grey sheep, and the other fed the other lambs. After a few attempts, the grey sheep caught on and even let out a long sigh – this was the biggest winner-take-all eater on the whole farm!

A hotel I really love! The 6th-floor restaurant offers afternoon tea, and the 'Sky Mirror' and giant swing are perfect for photos. The ground floor pool and large lawn are also great for pictures, plus there are various deer and sheep you can feed and interact with. The room was very new, quiet, and comfortable, and the hotel service was excellent. Staff greeted us upon entry, and any issues were promptly resolved.

I was particularly impressed with the value-added services in the room. The professional photography session by Hongming Photography, offering 3 complimentary photos per room, was a thoughtful touch. The room facilities were complete and modern, and entering the hotel immediately gave me a sense of relaxation. The overall hotel service was friendly and natural, with smiling staff. The hotel's zoo, lawn, swimming pool, mountain views, starry skies, and bamboo raft watching created an immersive and beautiful experience. My mind, body, and soul felt released here, blending with nature and absorbing the essence of heaven and earth. The hotel feels safe, natural, and grand; adults and children could easily spend an entire day here, with kids enjoying water play, feeding animals, painting, and so much more. The hot air balloon ride was superb! The breakfast restaurant even prepared children's cutlery, and the food was fresh, diverse, and delicious. The dinner restaurant was stunning, offering endless delicious dishes. Taking photos on the hotel's lawn gave me a feeling of belonging. Thank you, hotel, for bringing such comfort to your guests' mind, body, and soul.

This hotel is hidden away along the Ten-Mile Gallery section of the Yulong River, offering breathtaking views of continuous peaks right outside your window. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows frame the mountains and rivers like a natural painting. The surrounding mountain views are fantastic, and it's very close to the bamboo raft pier. The courtyard is lush with greenery, and the pool is clean and picture-perfect. The rooms are tidy and spacious, and the viewing balcony is incredibly relaxing. The butler service is thoughtful and attentive, proactively planning itineraries. Breakfast is rich and delicious, and they even offer a complimentary travel photoshoot. It's the perfect choice for a relaxing getaway, far from the city's hustle and bustle, surrounded by fresh breezes and greenery. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Yangshuo!

The front desk upgraded us to a room with a great view, and the scenery was indeed stunning. The lawn in front of the hotel was perfect for photos. The hotel even has its own alpacas, deer, and lambs, and kids can get free carrots to feed them. The rooftop restaurant has beautiful views and reasonable prices, plus guests get a discount. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. This is definitely a hotel we'd choose again if we come back to Yangshuo.
