This Villa is in the perfect spot - right next to Moon Hill and along the main road into Yangshuo. The staff are super helpful, willing to book and check any attractions, cars and scooters, and ensure you know exactly what is happening. The WeChat service was excellent as you could translate messages. They also used this to personalise the services on offer. There were daily reminders and announcements as to food and weather. One of the main reasons for booking this villa was the hot tubs - each room comes with your own, serviced, private 'bubble pool'. The bed was very comfortable an the room spacious. I HIGHLY recommend this Villa for your trip to the beautiful Yangshuo.

My family stayed at Metown hotel for three nights and it’s been a great experience!  The staff is very nice, friendly and very helpful!  The rooms is 100% as pictured on the site, very clean and cozy! The weather was a bit cold, so we used the ac for heating and it worked perfectly! Also, there are washing machines with driers on the roof, which is a very important facility for families with kids!  The view of the mountains is breathtaking from the roof!  We had a set breakfast on Friday morning, and buffet breakfast on the weekend! Nice selection, suitable for all the age groups!  The hotel has lots of amenities for kids: a little farm with cutest alpacas, bunnies and pigeons, a sand pit, indoor playground and even a little library! Also, there is a huge slide in the middle, which was fun to ride as our room was on the second floor!  The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, with little cafes and bike rentals around!  My kids received gifts when we were leaving!  Great and unforgettable experience! We would definitely come back to stay there again!

The room is large, clean and sanitary. The service is very good. The little girl takes you to the room from the lobby and guides you on various uses. She also provides breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails, as well as travel photography. Not far from the door is the Gongnong Bridge, where you can go bamboo rafting. The scenery on both sides is beautiful, and the rafting experience is also good

We have a great stay. The hotel was set up to provide the best experience for a family who wants to enjoy the beautiful Yangshuo area. On the first floor, you have a gorgeous lobby and a play area for the children. To accommodate the wondering minds of the kids, the hotel provided multiple acres of lawn for the kids to run around and enjoy. Then there are the bunnies. They are cute and their enclosure is cleaned daily. The room we had had a ball pit and an indoor tent for my girls to play in and they put them into good use for sure. On the fourth floor is the laundry. You will only see washers but they have the hanging type driers to dry your clothes in addition to normal hangers. The top floor features a small restaurant with a spectacular view of the Yulong River and Karst features behind it. The food is good and easily tastier than most of the street side restaurants out there and features dishes common and famous to the area, we had the beer fish and the stir fried mushrooms. It was savory and priced well below what they charge on West Street. On our third day, we went out and rented electric scooters around the river and for 35km we went around the hills and through villages. The hotel staff, 小张&小麦, welcomed us with warm smiles and drove us to west street for some dinner and shopping. What an awesome trip, this hotel was an highlight!

The stay at SYYF was one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. The room is cozy and spacious, with gorgeous floor to ceiling windows with a great view of the mountains. It’s also a hi tech smart room with a voice controlled assistant, Xiaodu, that can control the lights and open/shut the curtains (though it only understands Chinese). There’s also a cute tea set which is great for relaxing by the window. The room is equipped with AC and heat that works great, and the lights can go from bright to a dimmer evening mode, as well as sleep. We also got complimentary sodas, extremely cozy robes and nice house shoes for lounging. The breakfast is served 8-10AM is was definitely one of the best we have experienced in China while traveling. It was robust and offered both regional and western cuisine. There is a lot of ongoing construction on the street that the property is on so be careful. It may be a bit of traffic congestion due to large machines, however the noise was not heard from our room. It might be challenging for Didi drivers to access but there are also e-scooters for rent for about 30 yuan per day. The hotel is surrounded by mountains which are lit up at night for a gorgeous landscape at any time. The welcome photoshoot was fun, with traditional clothes you can borrow. We spent about 30-45 minutes using different props across 3 locations on the property, and got tons of photos that we loved. The staff is so accommodating and responsive and they helped with every little question. The bring lots of thoughtful small pleasantries which added a special touch and made us feel very cherished. They also offered a free shuttle for our departure ride to the train station at the end of our stay. We came in early January and the weather was chilly at night and pleasant during the day. With a jacket it’s not too bad and on a sunny day it’s pleasant with a cool breeze. We had a massage too, which you can order to your room or go to the spa which is close, and they provide shuttle service. The massage was good but a bit pricey even with the 50% off. There are less expensive places in the town not too far away. West street is a popular tourist spot which is also close, about 15-20 minutes away by e-scooter. There’s plenty of shopping, restaurants and a little night life, but we didn’t go out during this trip. 10/10 experience and I would definitely recommend staying here! I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when I come back to Yangshuo, and this place makes you REALLY want to come back!

This hotel is perfect if you are an influencer because in this hotel everything looks so beautiful. The thing I was most impressed with was one of the drinks （within the afternoon tea service） they provide for free if stay in here. It is called the “after-raining” Yulong River. This drink has three layers which are tea, coffee, and cheezy cream. The way it mixes altogether seems exactly like the river. Beautiful and I loved it. The staff (her name is yuanyuan /xiao wei) was quite helpful. Arranged the baby's crib, and a wall thing under the mattress to prevent the baby fall off from bed as I asked. The hotel has a nice playground which my son loved. As I foreigner though there is not much staff fluent in English so if you cannot speak in Chinese, there are some times you might feel inconvenienced though. They provide us with free transportation service. So I used it to go to one of the sightseeing spots. The driver said he would pick me up at the same spot I got off but a different driver came so it took me a while to find the driver because the car was different. Therefore if you are not good at communicating in Chinese. Sometimes it is a hassle I would say. Also, the baby crib was a bit too small for my 90cm son. It was just the size they had.

My room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and offered a fantastic view of the mountains. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the hot tub. One of the highlights of my stay was the wide range of activities and amenities available. There is free photography offered and everyday high tea and supper, there was always something to do. Dining at 聚龙小镇was also exceptional. The on-site restaurants offered a variety of delicious options. The staff was incredibly attentive, making sure dinner was a memorable experience. I particularly enjoyed the fish and chicken. What truly made this stay special, however, was the exceptional service. Every staff member went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met and that I felt pampered throughout my visit. From the concierge who helped me plan excursions to the housekeeping team who kept my room spotless, the level of service was top-notch. Overall, my stay at 聚龙小镇exceeded all expectations, and I can’t wait to return. Whether you’re looking for relaxation, adventure, or simply a luxurious getaway, this resort offers it all. Highly recommend!

A Magical Honeymoon in Yangshuo – Unforgettable Experience! Our honeymoon in Yangshuo was nothing short of magical! The scenery left us speechless—breathtaking mountains, serene rivers, and an atmosphere of pure tranquility. It felt like a dream come to life. The staff at our stay made the experience even more special. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and patient, always ensuring we had everything we needed. Despite the language barrier, they went above and beyond to assist us with warmth and understanding. The food was simply amazing! Every meal was a delight, and we truly enjoyed exploring the flavors of the region. The afternoon tea was a lovely touch, keeping us warm and relaxed as we soaked in the views. Wow. Just wow. This hotel was one of our favorite parts of visiting Yangshuo. The room we booked had an unbeatable view, and it was absolutely magical waking up each morning and opening the curtains to the beautiful surroundings. We loved the breakfast...we're still thinking about those Guilin mifen noodles! The staff is really attentive, and many of the beautiful sights in Yangshuo are right outside the property. We would definitely book this hotel again in the future, and recommend it to our friends and family!

The Hotel is very nice. We had a really big nice room with an awesome view. Also the terrace has an amazing view (especially relevant if you care about social media pictures). The Swimming pool is only for decoration. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was mainly Chinese but sufficient for us. It has a great location if you want to do something on Yulong river. The neighborhood is okay.
