Moved in on January 1, 2025. The house is said to be built in 2023. The facilities are new and the central air conditioning is awesome. The bathroom is separated into three parts, which is a very good design. The room is well soundproofed. There are kids living next door, but they didn't hear anything. It is 8 kilometers away from Yangshuo High-speed Railway Station, 800 meters away from Xingping Ancient Town, and 1.5 kilometers away from the 20-yuan scenic spot in the ancient town. It includes round-trip transportation to the high-speed railway station, and the girl at the front desk is great. I give it 99 points out of 100. I deducted 1 point because the breakfast was too small, and I couldn't eat it as a girl. I wanted to add noodles or sweet potatoes, but my aunt didn't want to. Sweet potatoes are not expensive, right?

Going out from the back garden is the bank of the Li River, which is an experience at every level. The large floor-to-ceiling glass viewing room is very nice, with a panoramic view of the tile-roofed houses and mountains. It is a five-story building, with elevators going up and down, and one elevator for two households. Smart TV, smart curtains, smart toilet, the facilities are brand new and easy to use. The shower water pressure is strong enough and the hot water temperature is sufficient. Even the design of the slippers is good. Breakfast is tomato and egg powder, brown sugar cake and fried dough sticks cooked by the store. After eating, go to the White Cafe opposite the hotel for a glass of Osmanthus Americano. The store owner was very enthusiastic and answered all our questions. He recommended that we ride an electric bike to Mashan Pier and take a boat to the other side to see Jiuma Painting Mountain. Very happy trip. The hostel is located in Xingping Ancient Town, where attractions, restaurants and specialty shops are concentrated. It is only a few minutes' walk away from Laozhai Mountain, the back mountain of Xiaohebei Village, and the 20 Yuan Background Scenic Area, so it is very convenient to visit.

We remembered online reviews saying that the B&B provides free high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off services, so we tried to ask about it. The B&B’s reply: Now that the house prices are low, they no longer provide free pick-up and drop-off services.

We went there to relax and stayed there for 4 nights and we were happy with our stay. The owner family is very caring and the room is really modern and new. We were quite impressed with the IoT where you can tell the built in AI device to close and open the curtain or play music.(It doesn't speak English but you can use the phone translation). The building is in front of a street but it's really quiet. There's an elevator and a washing machine on the covered roof top with detergent, you can hang our cloths there. For breakfast you get a freshly cooked noodle soup that's a local dish. It's really delicious and the amount is perfect. The owners communicated with us with phone translation and it was really nice that they took time to talk to us or make tea for us. On the map, it looks far from the river but there's a short cut directly in front of the hotel and you can get to the river quickly. Along the river is a paved path you can take a stroll close to the bamboo rafting. Also there are many restaurants in walking distance where you can try local dishes cooked in bamboo. It was a great experience and we will choose this place again. Thank you!
