The scenery is beautiful, and the service is very patient, especially from Xiao Zuo and Xiao Deng. Their service was excellent, and they were very polite when helping with luggage. The hotel's breakfast was also rich and included local specialties.

The room design is in the typical 'All Seasons' style, with no separation between the wet and dry areas. After a shower, the entire bathroom floor was soaked. It's an open-plan room with no partitions, which is a very odd design. At night, I found bugs on the duvet. Breakfast was also very basic, without even a simple yogurt. There were very few staff members. The price felt like a five-star hotel, but the actual quality was worse than Atour. For such a small town, at this price and quality, you'd be better off choosing an economy hotel. The staff service, however, was quite good. There was a concierge who proactively added me on WeChat to ask about my needs and arrange the room. It's just the hardware that's really subpar.

First off, the location is within Xingping Ancient Town, and it's probably the most upscale hotel there. However, the hygiene was quite poor. Even my child said the duvet was dirty, with a bunch of yellow spots on the duvet cover. It didn't even smell like disinfectant. After staying there, my dad developed a rash. As for breakfast, it doesn't live up to the standard of a Hilton Garden Inn. Overall, it's far worse than an Atour hotel. The pool is also disappointing – it's tiny and shallow, and my child said the water was dirty, so they got out quickly. In summary, Xingping Ancient Town is very small, the environment is quite backward, and the amenities aren't up to par, yet the food is ridiculously expensive. There's no need to stay in the ancient town just to visit the 20-yuan scenic spot; you can stay in the main town and just make a day trip. That's my experience for everyone's reference. One more thing to complain about: I don't know where this hotel gets all its good reviews from?? The experience was truly terrible...

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful scenery, very close to Xingping Ancient Town, the pier, and Xingping Ferry, all within a 10-minute walk. The balcony overlooks the swimming pool and distant mountains. There's also a beautiful view from the restaurant window. The staff are all very polite and helpful. When we arrived, we wanted to visit the ancient town, and a staff member patiently gave us directions. Daily housekeeping is prompt, and the cleanliness is excellent.

The room was spacious, and the outdoor pool was wonderfully warm with picturesque views. The in-house photography service was excellent! For those catching a high-speed train, breakfast can be packed to go. The local beer in Xingping Ancient Town is also quite good!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, nestled in the heart of Xingping, making it incredibly convenient to reach all the attractions. Right outside the room, you're greeted with picturesque landscapes. Inside, the room is fully equipped and well-appointed, offering a relaxing and comfortable stay. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Xingping.

The views are great, the room was clean, and front desk staffer Xiao Zhao was very helpful and patiently answered all my questions.
