The stay at SYYF was one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. The room is cozy and spacious, with gorgeous floor to ceiling windows with a great view of the mountains. It’s also a hi tech smart room with a voice controlled assistant, Xiaodu, that can control the lights and open/shut the curtains (though it only understands Chinese). There’s also a cute tea set which is great for relaxing by the window. The room is equipped with AC and heat that works great, and the lights can go from bright to a dimmer evening mode, as well as sleep. We also got complimentary sodas, extremely cozy robes and nice house shoes for lounging. The breakfast is served 8-10AM is was definitely one of the best we have experienced in China while traveling. It was robust and offered both regional and western cuisine. There is a lot of ongoing construction on the street that the property is on so be careful. It may be a bit of traffic congestion due to large machines, however the noise was not heard from our room. It might be challenging for Didi drivers to access but there are also e-scooters for rent for about 30 yuan per day. The hotel is surrounded by mountains which are lit up at night for a gorgeous landscape at any time. The welcome photoshoot was fun, with traditional clothes you can borrow. We spent about 30-45 minutes using different props across 3 locations on the property, and got tons of photos that we loved. The staff is so accommodating and responsive and they helped with every little question. The bring lots of thoughtful small pleasantries which added a special touch and made us feel very cherished. They also offered a free shuttle for our departure ride to the train station at the end of our stay. We came in early January and the weather was chilly at night and pleasant during the day. With a jacket it’s not too bad and on a sunny day it’s pleasant with a cool breeze. We had a massage too, which you can order to your room or go to the spa which is close, and they provide shuttle service. The massage was good but a bit pricey even with the 50% off. There are less expensive places in the town not too far away. West street is a popular tourist spot which is also close, about 15-20 minutes away by e-scooter. There’s plenty of shopping, restaurants and a little night life, but we didn’t go out during this trip. 10/10 experience and I would definitely recommend staying here! I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when I come back to Yangshuo, and this place makes you REALLY want to come back!

Had a great experience, very nice location exactly into nature like the hotel name suggests. Staff was very nice and cooperative. Everything was perfectly managed. It has a lot of activities for kids and families if you are travelling with family this can be a very good choice to stay in Yangshuo. Landscape around the hotel is breathtaking. I would love to come again.

This hotel is perfect if you are an influencer because in this hotel everything looks so beautiful. The thing I was most impressed with was one of the drinks （within the afternoon tea service） they provide for free if stay in here. It is called the “after-raining” Yulong River. This drink has three layers which are tea, coffee, and cheezy cream. The way it mixes altogether seems exactly like the river. Beautiful and I loved it. The staff (her name is yuanyuan /xiao wei) was quite helpful. Arranged the baby's crib, and a wall thing under the mattress to prevent the baby fall off from bed as I asked. The hotel has a nice playground which my son loved. As I foreigner though there is not much staff fluent in English so if you cannot speak in Chinese, there are some times you might feel inconvenienced though. They provide us with free transportation service. So I used it to go to one of the sightseeing spots. The driver said he would pick me up at the same spot I got off but a different driver came so it took me a while to find the driver because the car was different. Therefore if you are not good at communicating in Chinese. Sometimes it is a hassle I would say. Also, the baby crib was a bit too small for my 90cm son. It was just the size they had.

Despite the language barrier, they went above and beyond to assist us with warmth and understanding. The food was simply amazing! Every meal was a delight, and we truly enjoyed exploring the flavors of the region. The afternoon tea was a lovely touch, keeping us warm and relaxed as we soaked in the views. Plus, having fresh exotic fruits in our room at all times was such a thoughtful and refreshing treat. A special shoutout to Lynn—she is an absolute gem! Her hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. And a huge thank you to TiaTia for capturing stunning photographs of my wife—memories we will cherish forever. If you’re looking for a place that combines natural beauty, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere, this is it. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located in a convenient location and it is a few mins on taxi or within walking distance to the town center. There is also a convenience store downstairs for the supply of snacks and bottled water. There are also many restaurants nearby. The hotel is pretty new and clean, the staff are very nice and helpful. We can also view the mountain from our room and we are very pleased for our stay. It was a great time in Yangshuo.

The best hotel out of the 10 we stayed in Guangxi. The room is really nice, with great design and spacious. Breakfast has good variety and the staff at the reception are so friendly and helpful. They are patient with our queries, and even helped us switched rooms fuss free, not one but twice cos cigarette smoke somehow get into our rooms. We stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed the stay. It is located between Liu Sanjie and West street, and you can either walk or cab to these 2 venues. Good amenities for kids too.

Everything was stunning! The view from the big windows of the room, the breakfast and especially the employees. They were so kind and helpful! The location is also perfect! A few minutes to the West street. Thank you for everything!

All staffs are super friendly, informative, responsive and supportive. We stayed in a clean cozy quiet room 510 facing the backstreet. Located at the entrance of Yangshuo West Street. Some of the tour arrangement service available at the front-desk. The only shortcoming is the lift going to the level 2 hotel lobby is a little difficult to find but it doesn’t affect the overall quality and service of this hotel.

Had an amazing stay at percent hotel! We didn’t get to enjoy the view from the room balcony but managed to catch the beautiful sunrise from the roof top instead! Was informed that there was a sudden road construction happening and advised to change room due to the noise in the morning. Getting the booking changed on Trip was easy with the receptionist (Emily) helping us out throughout the way. Emily and her team attended to all our needs during our stay and even help plan our itinerary based on the number of days we were there. Had such a good experience staying here and would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

We enjoyed our stay at Four Seasons Yunqi resort. The rooms are huge and the location is good. It’s just a short distance away from West street (Xijie) and the resort provides free shuttle to a few places including Xijie. The resort is still in the process of expanding so I believe it will be better in the months to come. A great shout out to the resort team serving the guests. We speak Mandarin so all is well but we are not sure if they can converse well in English though.
