客觀的説，400+的民宿着實性價比低了，不如住市區300+的星級酒店。如果希望住宿環境安靜，要求高的不推薦，帶孩子長者不推薦。網上的評價和博主推薦，宣傳成分過高。
優：1.老闆服務態度好，熱心。2.店內免費娛樂設施不錯，看電影，k歌，喝茶等。3.燈光裝飾可以，應該比較出片
劣：1.房間完全不隔音，電梯聲，走廊走路説話聲，隔壁左右對面説話聲，清清楚楚，凌晨一點之前根本沒法睡覺。2.房間非常小，設施簡陋，沒有電視，衞生間設施看起來很舊。衹能晚上回去睡個覺

我們是四個人一起來玩的，訂了兩間湖景房，第一天來的時候很晚了，就吃了點簡餐，一樓餐廳就有。然後也有人自己出去買燒烤帶回來吃，老闆也會把桌子騰出來，給他們放燒烤。户外也有桌子，還有點歌的，可以在門口唱歌，晚上哈還有人放煙花。第二天我們也去買了燒烤在樓下吃。遊玩項目老闆也會跟你説的很清楚，也可以幫你代買仙島湖東西線的票，人都超級好的！

晨曦，清爽的風兒在湖面悠悠，靜怡！汀島可愛的老闆，認真的拉了咖啡🌸 花，一坨圖騰😂（咖啡師外出旅遊去了，老闆親自出馬）雲蒸霞蔚，品茶暢聊，故事娓娓道來，人生中的邂逅，邂逅在這個夏天。酒店離景點很近，但是也不在民宿扎堆的區域，比較安靜，個人感覺更好，去街上吃飯也挺方便。酒店衞生做很乾凈，設施也很新。老闆做的咖啡比很多咖啡師做的咖啡都好喝👍🏻，早餐總類不算特別多，但是勝在乾淨衞生又好吃。

一家老小出行，在攜程上斟酌比較了好久，最終決定這個有特色的汀島民宿！果然不負所望，老闆是四個發小，他們熱情好客，服務周到，我們定了兩個行政套房，雖然不是湖景但是乾淨舒適整潔，周邊餐館很多很方便，汀島自家的西餐咖啡也不錯👍下次還會來
