這個漢庭感覺是掛牌加盟店，管理及不到位。首先服務人員見到客人視同於無，前台若干個服務人員每人捧着手機不知在幹啥；房間衞生也令人不滿，地板不潔凈，有粘腳感，洗手池邊角清潔不夠，一沖水就出臟渣子，頭天浴室的頭髮第二天保潔後沒有變化；早餐質量較差，收餐盤和菜品補充均不及時，客人怨氣很大；小桌子晃晃悠悠，水龍頭開關費勁，等等，不一一列舉了，總之，是我住過最差的漢庭，我也做過酒店管理，非常理解他們的不易，輕易不給差評，這次實屬無奈，望諒！瞭解並相信漢庭應該不是這個品質。

很滿意，服務態度很好，早餐也好吃，還給免費升級了房型，房間有窗户，還贈送了禮物，還主動詢問要不要水帶着路上喝，整體很滿意。

酒店在萬達廣場對面，購物吃飯都很方便。
衞生：衞生有大問題。杯子如圖，臟的不得了。杯壁上不知道掛了什麼噁心的東西，兩個都是。衹能自己洗洗刷刷，再用開水燙。
環境：走廊裏有一股非常詭異的香味，刺鼻又難聞。
設施：唯一的亮點就是有洗衣機和烘乾機。出門在外，這個還是非常方便的。

電梯和走廊有一股説不上來的味道，房間那個大的淋浴頭不知道為什麼用不起來，定的高級大床房，看樓層房間示意圖，就我們那個房間和剩下5個左右比其他房間小掉一截，而且房間裏的窗户外面是個空間連着本樓層電梯出來那部分，睡着有點害怕。最主要是這個鬼空調，問了前台説是什麼恆温，半夜睡覺一分鐘內空調開一下關一下，而且空調運作聲音很大，大半夜吵死了讓人怎麼睡，硬生生聽了一小時實在睡不着把空調關了才睡着，這麼熱的天關了空調麼熱死，不關麼吵死。而且説好的機器人服務根本沒有！

酒店位置很好，與萬達商城隔路相望，吃喝玩樂非常方便。前台服務熱情，房間面朝小區很安靜，電動窗簾、小度智能客控體驗不錯，早餐也很有特色。

住的這幾天蠻不錯的，設施齊全，環境也不錯，保潔人員也很細心快速打掃房間內衞生，前台接待很熱心有禮貌幫助解決我的問題，靠近萬達，遊玩購物都挺便捷，出門就是了。

設施：設施都齊全着，有智能小度，但也不是很智能，衹能關閉全部燈，晚上想起來上廁所讓它開廁所燈他不會，衹能開所有燈，不過挺好玩的
環境：環境吧，靠近萬達這一點很好，很方便
就是這個窗户像是有點欺騙消費者了，窗户開了還是在樓下面，根本換不了氣，窗外是小亭台
自助早餐不錯，熱的混飩挺好吃的，但是座位挺少的，站着等了一會兒才有空座位
