差評x10000000個，在此住店一定要遵守規矩，一定要客氣，否則會被上門圍攻甚至叫囂報警逮捕顧客，可能是山東民風彪悍的緣故（後諮詢律師與警察稱該句話不夠成違法治安管理法）。 出差住的第三百多個酒店，服務態度全中國最差，經理不像做生意的，像柯鎮惡為了美女前台沖冠一怒為紅顏鎮壓顧客，且聽我娓娓道來。 先客觀的講從環境來説設備比較老舊，鏡子就能看出來，衞生屬於百元水平好不了也能接受。 最令人不能接受的是服務蠻橫，從入住開始就讓人很不舒服，酒店沒房了，給我免費升級本來是個好事，前台直反覆提搞得像我佔了多大便宜一樣，又不是我執意要換的，滿房了可以不接待。矛盾的導火索是因為退房，大部分酒店是2點退房，就算晚一點一般酒店也不會追究。因開會需要晚到2點被酒店方拒絕，並催促離店，後下鐘點房後剛到4點又開始催促收費否則離店絲毫不給客户一絲多餘時間，因為生氣就説了一句算我倒黴難得遇到你們這種**，隨後酒店經理上門強硬要求我下樓給前台道歉，否則報警抓我，被我諮詢律師後拒絕。爆粗口雖不對，但該酒店能把這些小事激化到如此地步可見其霸道，壓根沒有服務意識，待客户彷彿欠錢一般。最後建議大家出差儘量選擇連鎖酒店，經過培訓的還是比私人酒店靠譜，起碼不會有牢獄之災。

房間還是十分不錯的，作為一個主打深度睡眠的酒店，它的床的質量是很好的，特別床是電動的，頭部和腳部可以上升，在睡覺的時候能夠設定成為防打鼾模式，我和我女朋友睡得特別好，離着景點也很近，十分滿意！

到了第二個城市才發現孩子的手錶電話掉在酒店了，趕緊打電話聯繫，003號員工趕忙幫着聯繫，很快就找到了，真的是太暖心了，大寫的五星好評.下次來煙台 還要住這個酒店。設施完善又乾淨 強烈推薦。
