I have stayed in 8 different hotels in kusadasi, This is 1st and last to this hotel Not a 5 star and not deluxe, very dated and tierd Room keys and safe and tv all out of date. Food, very hard to find something to eat Even for me that will try all sorts No decent fruit or fish lack of Everyone is eating pizza in the snack bar, so if u dont like pizza you may starve Salad and cheese not much To go into kusadasi you have to cross a busy dual carriage way either run or use a high metal foot bridge, 15 lira for dolmus one way Coming back you are on the hotel side to get off. The only good things are the picturesque views And the larger which is ok Only hand wash type soap in bathrooms, no Toiletries 1 Rude staff pictured below

Would echo many of the reviews here. First impressions the lobby, reception and bar areas dark and need updating, but reception staff, especially Tagce very capable and helpful. We had side coastal view room, clean and comfortable but there is a hotel building site next door, which was sometimes noisy, so we didn't sit on balcony. It didn't bother us too much and you can't hear it from the other parts of the hotel. Pool areas are nice, one a quiet area and one more for families. At this time of year, beach area was quiet, access to sea by ladder off the quay wall. It's a good package holiday hotel, which could be anywhere, so we were pleased that there were Turkish specialities as well as international food in the restaurant for all meals. Restaurant staff very tolerant as there are many guests all wanting to eat at same time. There were some extra dishes served from the terrace, outside the restaurant, and there was a wide choice. Recommend visiting Selcuk, especially for Saturday market and the World Heritage site at Ephesus, either by taxi from hotel, or local minibuses stop on main road outside.

1- 5 stars I think it's overrated. It's definitely not 5 stars just because it has room service and a bar.... I have been 4 stars hotel in Turkey before better than Fantasia. 2 - Only free Internet in the lobby area is insane , €15.00/7 for Internet in the room big no 2 - The food was OK. Sorry, I can't say it was good the same for the drinks. And no shower gel, been told shampoo/conditioner is also shower gel . 3- However, the staff is almost the time as very nice and professional, the porters are amazing Kyle from entertaining and is staff are amazing . And it's very entertaining

The hotel is a bit away from the centre but can't fault the staff, all were lovely reception, housekeeping and waiters, special shout-out to Ahmet very helpful and plenty of choice for food, went as a family of 3 generations and there was something for everyone, slight downside is lobby is a bit dull with lighting but apart from that can't fault the hotel will be happy to come back

I think if I could I would of given this hotel 3.5. Firstly this could be a nice hotel with a make over, this is what let's it down. There is a room that they were doing the entertainment in the evenings, and it smelt of cats wee. The reception area and the bottom floor where the shops and bar is , is very dark. Dark wooden panels and low lighting and the furniture has seen better days. Now the good points entertainment team very good, shout out to Sam and Ola. They were very nice and helpful. The reception staff, porters, bar staff,cleaners, just about all the staff very nice and helpful. Pool area is nice with beautiful views across the bay. The inside pool is lovely and warm. The food is not too bad. I am not a lover of Turkish hotel food, but I could always find something, and the snack bar has fresh pizza. At the end of the bar is a lovely little bar, which is nice for a change of scene. If you want to do a bit of shopping there is a little bazaar up the road which is cheaper than town.

We stayed in Fantasia Hotel during April Easter holidays with my two boys 1 & 6 and my partner and it was amazing! Outside pool was slightly cold as we went in April but during summer months was told water is a lot warmer but they have an indoor swimming pool and the temperature of the water was hot 😍! They have 3 different pools and the beach so a lot on offer! We had the all inclusive package and the drinks and food they had on offer was lovely the breakfast lunch and dinner had so much variety. The entertainment team was amazing they made us feel so welcome and they had activities on every hour for the boys my 6 year old had a blast have to send a special mention to Kyle & Sam they really looked after us and the boys! Another special mention goes to the reception Turche from the min we arrived she was so friendly and such good vibe she looked after us throughout the holiday even giving us a later check out time I can’t say thank you enough such a great experience will 100% be trying to come back next year again! Thank you Fantasia 😁

Cant fault the hotel and all the staff they where brilliant, hotel was very clean and staff kept everything flowing nicely check in was spot on on the other hand sam from the entertainment team was great so friendly made us feel really welcome my children are normally very shy and he made them join in the fun and really cared about their feelings so big up to sam!! Also kyle and the rest of the staff was great brilliant entertainment team!! 😁

I liked the hotel, the food, the location near the center. comfortable weather. the animation is good, my child was always in the mini club, there was also a mini disco in the evening. thank you very much Katya for a good holiday for my child . everything is excellent
