同屬服務行業，瞭解這行的的不容易，入住期間有不好的，也不願意給差評，希望能提升。
來宜昌兩天，第一天同價位另一家酒店，第二天住了麗楓，同行三人，所以挪動了床拼在一起，第一家牀頭櫃不是全落地那種，挪開底下完全沒灰塵，麗楓挪開了有垃圾。遙控器很多灰塵，沐浴露洗髮水的架子太靠牆了，按壓不好接。衞生間掛衣服的設施有些高了。前台服務蠻好的，全程笑容，話語温柔。給前台打電話需要牙刷、拖鞋，響應很快。

出行很方便地上地下都有停車位，很方便，大廳簡潔大氣進門有淡淡的薰衣草香味還有輕音樂，工作人員服務熱情，周到很不錯，房間床墊很舒服，衞生乾淨整潔，推薦。
