入住體驗很好！地理位置優越，靠近人民廣場寧夏博物館，周邊不遠吃羊肉羊脖子的老店就有好幾個，房間內為複式結構，樓上樓下各有一個獨立衞生間，大床床墊很舒服，樓下有一個全自動麻將桌，特別適合四到五人休閑度假聚會居住，房東大姐特別熱情，我們這次對整個銀川之行都留下了很好的印象！五星好評！

以後不會選擇loft的房型了，太壓抑了，而且空調功率太小，在這麼熱的夏天簡直對二樓毫無作用，二樓的電風扇噪音特別大，真是一晚上都沒睡好，假花上面還有上一次入住人留下的衞生紙，地板也感覺臟臟的，這種酒店公寓不通風空調再不好很要命

停車方便，一晚上5塊錢。下樓附近有商場，有早飯，比較便利。因為公寓的名字在背面，所以有點不好找。房間是複式，衹有一台空調，樓上會很悶熱，建議換個大匹空凋裝高一點會好些。
