房東人很好，位置好找，價格比較實惠，房間乾淨整潔，可以看見海，樓下有很多小孩子玩的地方，都是免費的，距離海很近，晚上不能進小區停車，但是可以停在山海廣場靠近萬科這麪，停車就進小區，特別方便，我是第二天才發現這個地方停車挺好的，圖片發錯了，不是鮁魚圈的海

除了有一個景色很漂亮的海景樓台外，其餘真是不敢恭維，剛進屋一股海鮮味。毯子沒有被罩。圖片裏的被罩是自己買來套上的。洗臉池沒有熱水，衞生條件特別不好。房間設施特別陳舊。這個房間一間280左右。旁邊別的公寓比這衞生條件好多了，不建議入住，特別是帶孩子。

樓層不好 太低了 看不見多少海 但是老闆人挺好的，提供很多幫助，出入還算可以，小區不錯，但是要走到正門和海邊都要穿過小區，小區裏沒有車不方便，建議自駕，坐車來在這裏活動不方便，離市區很遠很遠，這裏就是不能走很遠適合衹在海邊呆著哪也不去。
