1.位置：在南山竹海景區附近，離得不遠，兩公里多點，開車過去幾分鐘就到，位置還是不錯。樓下就是一號彩虹公路。如果想更便捷一些，也可以住景區裏，也有不少民宿
2.服務：可以説，服務是五星級的。房東一家五口，有個小女孩子很天真可愛。基本做到了有求必應，我們沒開車，第二天去南山竹海景區，是老闆開車送過去的，娃想晚上喝鮮牛奶，老闆把她女兒自己喝的倒了一些給我們，想去景區立馬提供路線圖和預約二維碼等等
3.房間：我們預訂的是三樓的流水，民宿一共六間房，三樓兩間閣樓，二樓四間普通房間。三樓房間很大，帶露天大浴缸，露台。但有些地方需要彎腰。房間還提供了觀星望遠鏡，可惜我們不會用，老闆也不會，浪費了。裏面還是比較乾淨，唯一不足就是我們那間正對着馬路，車子經過不夠隔音，所以晚上沒睡好，另一間閣樓對着後山，就好很多。露台上的大浴缸也很好玩，我們在裏面泡了個湯，據説和御水温泉是同一個水源，他們村叫沸水塘就是因為水源是温泉為主。
4.餐飲：民宿提供早餐，品種還比較多，在廚房裡自助。都是家常菜式：麪條，包子，餃子，各種蒸的粗糧，牛奶豆漿都有。其他兩頓需要自己覓食，不過一兩百米處就有四家飯店，走過去兩三分鐘就到。
5.國慶期間價格略貴，一千多一晚感到心疼，是平時的三倍多，但周圍其他酒店也一樣，所以也沒辦法。
整體來説，如果用國慶價格評判肯定是性價比不高的，但如果平時入住的話，我願意大力推薦。房東説節後還要改造三樓的兩個閣樓，以後可以隨便在裏面站立，不用彎腰。

民宿位置在沸水塘路口馬路旁邊（一點也不吵），步行或者駕車均可到達南山竹海景區，非常方便！小院和房間阿姨都打掃的非常乾淨，早餐品種多（還好吃），有機會下次還會再去！

早餐很豐富，這個季節還可以挖筍，時間不夠，來年有機會體驗

整體來説還算不錯，位置和環境還是可以的，就是衞生整體來説有點普通吧，節假日也沒啥可更好的選擇。沒辦法。
