This was my first time staying at a capsule hotel, so I was a bit worried about the cleanliness and security. However, there were small but lockable lockers, and the hotel was generally clean. I had a suitcase so I went back and forth between the locker and the resting area (there was a notice not to bring suitcases into the resting area), but I think it would be quite convenient for people with little luggage.

I live in the next town and sometimes use this hotel to be alone and refresh myself.
However, on the day itself I fell ill and was rushed to the hospital.
Once I had calmed down, I had my family call the hotel to cancel.
As it had been a while since check-in, I told them that I would like to pay the cancellation fee at a later date, but they took the situation into consideration and handled it accordingly.
I am grateful for the warm hospitality I received when I was feeling unwell and lonely in the hospital.
I would definitely like to use this hotel again once I have recovered.
