The location and service are excellent. The staff are very polite and professional. The lobby and rooms are clean and tidy, making guests feel comfortable. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy! The private hot spring in the room is spacious, but it felt a bit unclean, perhaps due to its age, which made me feel the room price was a bit high. Both breakfast and dinner were quite good! I'll definitely book UBL again next time I'm in Yufuin.

Right by Lake Kinrin, and has its own parking, perfect for those driving. As soon as we arrived, a staff member came out to take our picture, so welcoming! The kaiseki dinner was delicious, but the private and public onsens were definitely the highlight!

The location is a six-minute walk from Kinrinko Lake and two kilometers from Yufuin Station. We arrived at Yufuin Station and contacted the hotel via Trip.com to arrange a pickup, and they promptly sent a car for us. The male staff member at the front desk spoke English and provided us with a tourist map, explaining the hotel's location, nearby attractions, and how to get back to the station. We later realized that most of the attractions and shops were along the way back to the station. What was most thoughtful was that when we checked out, the hotel proactively coordinated the time to have our luggage delivered to the station, which was truly excellent. The hot spring bath was also very good. Both breakfast and dinner were impressive; you could tell the chef put a lot of thought into them. The price was also reasonable. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Yufuin.

It was a great stay in Ubl hotel. Great onsen, nice staff and delicious food! I will recommend friends to come visit!

The room was spacious, with private Onsen in the room. Great location, around 5-7mins walk to the Lake Kinrin. Nice dinner and breakfast provided by the hotel. For self driving, there is parking available.

value for money, the room has own onsen and very comfortable. the free pick up and station transfer service is good. food is just normal but not bad. i will recommend this place to friends

Room was spacious. Public bath was clean and enjoyable. Not sure if it was just good timing, but the public bath for both men and women were not busy. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent and was very full after each meal. The staff are friendly. Nice lounge area with free coffee and water. Take advantage of their shuttle service from hotel to JR Station.

Wonderful public hot bath!

Suitable for those with cars, with ample parking. Located near Lake Kinrin, but a bit far from Yufuin Station. This time, I booked a one-night stay with two meals, and both dinner and breakfast were much more plentiful than I expected. The room was clean and simple, with complete amenities. The onsen (hot spring) was adequate but nothing special.

Overall, the hotel was quite good. Breakfast and dinner were included and both were quite substantial. The location is relatively remote, close to Jinlin Lake and Snoopy Street, which has many snack options. A private car was also provided to take you back to the station.

The staff were very welcoming, and they offer a station shuttle service that can be booked in advance. The hotel staff will also help call a taxi if you need to go out in the evening. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious! This room type has a 24-hour indoor hot spring; soaking in it makes your skin feel so soft and supple – awesome!

The staff were excellent. The location is about a 10-minute drive from Hakata Station, but very close to Lake Kinrin! The onsen (hot spring) was very comfortable, and the rooms were spacious, making it suitable for families!
