The room was spacious, with private Onsen in the room. Great location, around 5-7mins walk to the Lake Kinrin. Nice dinner and breakfast provided by the hotel. For self driving, there is parking available.

value for money, the room has own onsen and very comfortable. the free pick up and station transfer service is good. food is just normal but not bad. i will recommend this place to friends

Room was spacious. Public bath was clean and enjoyable. Not sure if it was just good timing, but the public bath for both men and women were not busy. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent and was very full after each meal. The staff are friendly. Nice lounge area with free coffee and water. Take advantage of their shuttle service from hotel to JR Station.

Wonderful public hot bath!

The most satisfying hotel in Fukuoka. Yufuin's one night and two meals is really worth experiencing. Whether it is the environment, the food or the attentive layout of the lobby, it is impressive. I will have the opportunity to bring my children to experience it again in the future.

The new building is very new, the room is very clean, and they also provide children's toys, which can be brought back to the room to play and returned when checking out. Thoughtful service! If there is a chance, I will visit again.

A very pleasant experience. You can take a taxi from Yufuin Station to the hotel, and you can arrange a pick-up service on the way back. The hotel is very close to Kinrin Lake, about a 5-minute walk, and not far from Yufuin Town. You can eat and shop during the whole trip. The pudding and ice cream are delicious. Breakfast and dinner were also booked during this stay. It is definitely enough for an adult male. The meals are rich and delicious! The room is quite large. There are only two hot springs for bathing, but it is still quite comfortable!

I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days for my first trip with my mom. All the servers at the hotel were very kind and I felt so good. The male staff helped me a lot by speaking English. At first, the way to the restaurant and public bath inside the hotel was complicated, but after a day, I quickly got used to it and it was great to eat breakfast, drink warm coffee in the first floor lobby, and watch the snow. Although this place is far from Yufuin Station, the accommodation is quiet and cozy, and the shuttle service was convenient. I received the email address for the shuttle service through Trip.com and left a separate email, and it took about 5 days for the reply, but there was no problem with the schedule. I felt that the public bath facilities were really, really cleanly managed, and the open-air bath was also really nice. The sauna, which is only open at night, is difficult for more than two people, but the public bath was not crowded, so I enjoyed it. The cleanliness of the room was not bad, but I died because there were bugs on the wall in the hot spring in the room in the morningㅜㅜㅋ It took a good 10 minutes to walk to Kinrinko Lake, and it didn't take as long as I thought after walking around once, so I went for a walk from the hotel twice. The morning mist while it was snowing was fantastic. I also made good use of the large umbrella provided at the hotel entrance. I am grateful to the hotel for helping me have a wonderful trip with my mother. I will visit again^^

The hotel is a bit remote, so it is more suitable for self-driving tours. However, it takes about 7 minutes to walk to Jinlin Lake, which is convenient for enjoying the beautiful morning scenery of Jinlin Lake. This time, there is a private bath room, where you can enjoy the fun of hot springs; the room is spacious and the bed is comfortable, but the indoor facilities are a bit old; the cleanliness is high; there is a private garden outdoors; one night and two meals, dining in a separate box; the overall experience is good and worth recommending.

Check-in The waiter is not very friendly, has a black face, and is not very willing to assist guests. The room is large and clean. Dinner and breakfast are served in the public hall. The waitress is very nice and efficient. She takes the initiative to help guests take photos. The room has an independent hot spring. ♨️The water temperature was too high, and you basically had to use freezing water to soak in it, so I only went to the public pool and did not soak in the room.
