Disney always knows how to make it easy for families. Use every amenity you can and enjoy the resort with all it has to offer.

This hotel is super convenient, with shuttle buses to all the parks. The room was quite clean, and it even had a microwave and a fridge. The only downside is that there are so many tourists, the swimming pool was packed!

Despite the terrible exchange rate, the quality was outstanding! My only minor complaint is that in the Cars Suite, even though there are two shower stalls, the water wouldn't stay hot if two people showered at the same time. However, it wasn't an issue when we showered one at a time, so I'd definitely want to stay here again!

The showerhead was broken, the water tap was faulty, and there were cockroaches in the room. I won't be staying here again.

Excellent family holiday choice , brilliant facilities for children

Everything quite convenient, loved having a bedroom, 3 beds, 2bathrooms+toilet for our family of 5. Alarm clock is cute - different characters to wake you up gently instead of a blaring alarm sound lol! Staff members were all wonderful, smiling and friendly.. Free car parking is helpful if you have a car but don’t need to use during your stay as transport is very convenient to get to/from the Disney areas - Bus to Magic Kingdom/Animal Kingdom/Hollywood Studios/Disney Springs/Summer Winterland (same bus as Blizzard Beach), Skyline to Epcot. Although I must say, it felt like there were more buses returning to other resorts (like Pop Century and All Stars vs Art of Animation; maybe 3-4buses for every 1). Comes quite frequent though, traffic played a part on delays.. Pop Century is located next to Art of Animation so we considered taking that bus and walking back to pass through the Skyline station as the resorts share it, but we’d always surpassed our walking steps during a park visit so just waited.. Laundry mat is handy, gets very busy during the afternoon/evening as expected. No quarters needed, can pay via QR code. They have a vending machine with detergent and dryer sheets. Staff had visited whilst I was doing laundry several times to clean and sanitize machines. Early entry to parks a great perk, saved and opted not to buy any lightening passes. We would take advantage of early entry, do a few rides and then head back to the resort to relax for a couple of hours and then head back to do more rides/parade/fireworks etc at about 2:45pm. We kindly received complimentary access to play mini golf as the check in staff member recognized we’ve travelled quite a long way 🥹 - thank you, it was so much fun! Complimentary access to Blizzard Beach also included, unfortunately it was too cold to take advantage of it as our stay was during what seemed like an Arctic blast! 🥶 This has been our 3rd stay here, it always gives beautiful memories to take home with us 🥰

Worth the money I paid for.

The family suite is still a bit small for a family of 6. Food are average but location is very convenient to all the parks and nearby resort.

Absolutely fantastic, Disney-level quality! The lobby is gorgeous, with walls covered in original Disney IP comics. The cable car from the hotel goes directly to Disneyland – convenient, fun, and saves on transportation and parking fees. Thumbs up!

I booked the hotel because I could use the Skyline. It's super convenient and my kids love it when they go to Hollywood Studios or Epcot. It's also great for a daytime getaway. The Magic Kingdom is accessible by shuttle, and the hotel shuttle was great. The hotel is divided into three buildings: Ka, Nemo, Lion King, and The Little Mermaid. The exteriors are all well-maintained and fun to explore. Nemo is the closest to the shuttle or Skyline, and it also has a playground. The Little Mermaid is the farthest, and the pool is in the Nemo/Karma/Little Mermaid building. I booked the lowest price on Trip.com, so they assigned me to the Little Mermaid building. I was thinking about switching, but I just went with it. It takes about six minutes at an adult's pace to get to the main building, but it was still fun to see. The downside was the condition of the accommodation... it was like a typical American motel. The room was small, and there were no windows except in the hallway, which was a bit uncomfortable.

Within the Disney park, it's very convenient to get to MK by bus and to EPCOT by cable car. The room was a bit small, but the kids loved it; it was very fun and playful, and they said they want to come back again.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I slept soundly all night. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The location is convenient, with complete amenities nearby, and it offers great value for money. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, with meticulous attention to cleanliness and well-equipped facilities. I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again. I highly recommend it!
