This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The butler was exceptionally quick to respond, and everything we requested was delivered to our room within minutes. The receptionist 橙子 consistently checked where we were headed and whether transportation was needed, and even reminded us to wear a hat when the UV was strong. Truly thoughtful 👍 I wanted to buy two boxes of flower cakes to bring home, but the shop was quite far from the hotel and I didn’t want to travel that far just for them. Orange took the initiative to bring two boxes back for me from the city. That was incredibly heartwarming 🥹 Even after we checked out, the receptionist 三朵messaged us to make sure we arrived in Shanghai safely 🥹 All these little details show how much they genuinely care about every guest. There was also a skinny gentleman (didn’t get his name) who kindly reminded us to bring extra clothes or a shawl before we headed to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain Valley, as the weather could be colder up there. Every night, the butler would check if we needed warm milk or hot chocolate before bed. These small, thoughtful gestures really show how sincere and attentive the staff are. A big thank you to every staff member for the warm hospitality and attentive service that made our stay truly wonderful👏

The activities and staff were excellent and everything was well organized. The only drawback is the lack of designated smoking areas which can be inconvenient for non-smoking guests, especially when rooms have a lingering smoke odor. Aside from this, my stay was very enjoyable.

A Truly Thoughtful and Memorable Stay We booked a room that included everything — dinner, breakfast, afternoon tea, and a variety of activities. There were also unlimited snacks, drinks, and fresh fruit available anytime, which made us feel incredibly well taken care of. What stood out most was how much attention the hotel puts into the little things. It’s clear they genuinely want guests to feel that staying here is worth every moment. Every corner of the hotel is beautifully designed with so much heart — you can feel the care they put into it. Our room was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a meaningful and relaxing experience.

Best accommodation in our Yunnan trip. Excellent service from every single staff made us feel home away from home, the warmth and service from the heart made a lasting impression. Strongly recommend to anyone visiting Lijiang. Just plan your travel route or transportation well as the location is a distance away from the city but rest assured the tradeoff is worth it. Special shoutout to 橙子(Orange) who almost plan our itinerary daily and kept us occupied with all the fun filled complimentary activities, 胡歌 who climbed the mountains to pluck wildflowers with my twins and kept them entertained throughout. Will definitely return again to stay.

Fantastic accommodation that offered everything from breathtaking mountain scenery, modern and comfortable amenities to soulful service by each and every one of the staff we met. During our 3 nights, we were so well taken care of by all the staff - they would constantly offer drinks and snacks, ask about our day and even take our kids to play with the sheep or catch fish at the pond. Adults had a relaxing time, and kids had a wonderfully fun time! Price included daily breakfast and hotpot, and a one-off afternoon tea and art and craft. In the evening, staff also put on a performance during the bonfire. Absolutely nothing to fault, we highly recommend this place!

We stayed at Stone Hotel 石头厝 for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it! I am so glad we discovered it after searching on Trip.com for quite a while. We were looking for a hotel in Lijiang that is quiet and peaceful, with views of Yulong Snow Mountain, and has the modern comforts of a luxurious boutique hotel. The hotel is located outside of Lijiang town, approximately 30-40min drive, and right next to Yuhu Village. If we needed to go anywhere, the hotel provides a car drop-off service in a luxurious MPV. It’s also easy to call a car on DiDi. The room is beautifully designed with elements of copper and wood, blending modern and traditional. The bed and pillows are among the most comfortable I’ve slept in during my travels. Being a city girl, I’m delighted with the Dyson hairdryer, Marshall speaker, and Aesop hand soap! The free mini fridge is stocked with beer, Perrier sparkling water, soft drinks, and if not enough, just pop over to the restaurant where the fridge and fruit bar is open and free all day! The amazing variety of fruits are the sweetest I’ve tasted, all grown locally. Even the nuts are sweet, I think they roast them in some sweet milk. The restaurant serves a variety of dishes but we had hotpot every dinner just because the soup is so delicious and the meats so tender. At dinner, the Naxi brothers will drink a toast and sing for every guest as their way of welcoming the guests and treating them as friends. If you dare to, try their local herbal/fruit alcohol (very strong!) We also love that for breakfast, they serve a selection of local side dishes which we enjoyed trying. Their concierge/front desk team welcomed us warmly even before arriving (via WeChat), and supported us very well throughout our stay. The whole experience of coordinating airport pickup and booking their various activities and amenities (afternoon tea, evening drink, dinner, car) was seamless and fast. Before going out, the front desk staff always makes sure that we are well equipped for the day with water, umbrella, oxygen, chocolates. All the staff are always happy and friendly, making us feel like we are friends because the service is so personalized. We chatted with many of them and had the chance to learn a little about each of them, their lives and their culture. They know that we love playing with their dogs and the little lamb DuoDuo, and gave us many chances to play with them and even feed little DuoDuo. One can feel that they love their work there. After leaving, we are still missing little DuoDuo, the amazing staff and warm hospitality, and the comfortable room. I’ve traveled to many places, and this is one of the rare times where I miss the place and the people so much. We highly recommend Stone Hotel 石头厝 to anyone visiting Lijiang! And I hope we have to chance to come back and stay with them again.

Definitely one of the best place I've stayed in. Scenic surroundings and not only the hotel was nicely designed, all the hotel staff were nice and warm as well. Despite on the pricier end, it came with quite a bit of freebies depending on the number of days you stay. Hope they will retain these perks till my next stay. For those who are still considering, if your budget allow, do not hesitate to confirm your booking now.

This hotel took 5 stars standard to the next level with their exemplary services and unrivalled sincerity to elevate your stay. Special mentions to 三朵and罗志祥 for going the extra mile, especially during the night campfire they hosted for all guests. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a differentiated experienced in China, but carrying the luxury touch.

Really nice and serene hotel located in a Yuhu village. Staff were very friendly and paid close attention to needs. There was also an indoor campfire with KTV session. Nice place to chill. There were a lot of activities included like horse riding, creating photo frame.

Hidden spot , lovely place, excellent homely service. You don’t have to worry about experiences- you get well taken cared off. And you get to experience the local village and culture. Seeing the jade snow mountain depends on season.

Love love love the location. Within walking distance to the reservoir which made it easy to go for a stroll at sunrise or sunset without any logistical restrictions. Room was clean and view was amazing. However not a big fan of the room facilities especially the AI toilet (not sure why it must flush the moment I sit down every time). The shower also floods every time it is used. As I stayed here with a friend (not a couple) the barely frosted glass on the shower and toilet doors meant we had to be very comfortable with each other. The staff were on the whole polite but service was inconsistent- some staff were friendlier than others. One of the staff started shutting off the restaurant facilities before we were done with dinner which I felt was an awkward way to hurry us. Special thanks to 橙子 谢谢你热情友善的服务- 特别感谢祢平时的帮助 还帮助我们定票， 规划怎么玩。
