Definitely one of the best place I've stayed in. Scenic surroundings and not only the hotel was nicely designed, all the hotel staff were nice and warm as well. Despite on the pricier end, it came with quite a bit of freebies depending on the number of days you stay. Hope they will retain these perks till my next stay. For those who are still considering, if your budget allow, do not hesitate to confirm your booking now.

This hotel took 5 stars standard to the next level with their exemplary services and unrivalled sincerity to elevate your stay. Special mentions to 三朵and罗志祥 for going the extra mile, especially during the night campfire they hosted for all guests. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a differentiated experienced in China, but carrying the luxury touch.

Really nice and serene hotel located in a Yuhu village. Staff were very friendly and paid close attention to needs. There was also an indoor campfire with KTV session. Nice place to chill. There were a lot of activities included like horse riding, creating photo frame.

Hidden spot , lovely place, excellent homely service. You don’t have to worry about experiences- you get well taken cared off. And you get to experience the local village and culture. Seeing the jade snow mountain depends on season.

Love love love the location. Within walking distance to the reservoir which made it easy to go for a stroll at sunrise or sunset without any logistical restrictions. Room was clean and view was amazing. However not a big fan of the room facilities especially the AI toilet (not sure why it must flush the moment I sit down every time). The shower also floods every time it is used. As I stayed here with a friend (not a couple) the barely frosted glass on the shower and toilet doors meant we had to be very comfortable with each other. The staff were on the whole polite but service was inconsistent- some staff were friendlier than others. One of the staff started shutting off the restaurant facilities before we were done with dinner which I felt was an awkward way to hurry us. Had a wonderful stay at this hotel, there's a wide variety of activity you can do throughout the day such as horse riding and fruit picking. Lovely afternoon tea, dinner and breakfast served by the hotel - the hotpot is my favorite.

This hotel gave me the best experience. The employees are all excellent in their customer service. The hotel is great, very clean and modern. The food is delicious. First time to try Yaki-cha (roasted tea) and it was very nice. Horseback riding in the snow is great. The hot wine we drank at night was wonderful. The evening talks around the hearth with everyone were unforgettable. Who would doubt that I would give this hotel 5 stars?

I was recommended this hotel in the comments section of Songzan. I booked two nights to celebrate my child's third birthday with a try-it attitude. This is a hotel that perfectly combines modern simplicity with natural wildness. In the short three days here, I enjoyed free fruit, afternoon tea, coffee and mini-bar. I was fed crazily and felt like "raising pigs" for a while. Originally planned to enjoy the golden mountain in the sun and the stars in the sky as a quilt in the hotel. Unexpectedly, I encountered the heavy snow in Lijiang in 30 years. When I woke up, it was already snowy outside, as if I had walked into a white fairy tale world. Dad naively came here with a short-sleeved T-shirt, but he was frozen silly. Fortunately, the hotel provided a fur vest. The children were so excited to see such loose, soft and thick snow for the first time. They played in the snow and didn't want to go back to the room. During the stay, I unexpectedly ate the wedding candy shared by the honeymooners. I was happy. In addition, the hotel thoughtfully provided airport pick-up and drop-off services, baby-carrying services, and baby-holding services. In front of the sister she likes, the mother began to admit defeat. At the bonfire party, the baby received a surprise birthday cake and was blessed with a happy birthday by uncles and aunts from all over the world. It was unforgettable and grateful! I started to miss the stone house before I left it. I hope we can meet again next spring when the flowers bloom.

The hotel is right next to Longnu Lake, not far from Yulong Snow Mountain and the sunrise. A pick-up station is also arranged. The hotel has a unique design style and the staff are very enthusiastic ❤️ The most heartwarming thing is that they knew we had to get up early to catch the bus the next day, and they packed breakfast for us. They were so thoughtful. The activities arranged were very interesting. The enthusiastic uncle took us to pick pine cones and do handicrafts. There were enthusiastic staff guidance. A very distinctive hotel, the room decoration perfectly combines modern simplicity with natural wildness. As soon as you enter the lobby, you can see two small charcoal basins, and milk tea and ginger tea heated by charcoal fire. What surprised and delighted me about the hotel was that all the stoves and charcoal basins, including the walls in the rooms, were functional and not just decorative. All the fireplaces were elegantly connected to chimneys and could be used. People who have been living in the city would probably find this quite interesting. At night, you can ask the staff to come to the room to light the fireplace. When you go to bed at night, you can hear the crackling sound of firewood in addition to the sound of the wind. It really combines comfort and wildness just right. Although the biggest highlight of the room is the snow-capped mountain view, after the stay experience, there is much more to add color to the trip. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic. At dinner time, a Naxi boy will come to toast and sing. After dinner, everyone will sing and dance together, making life in the mountains interesting and fun. The daytime activities arranged by the hotel are also fulfilling and interesting, and you won’t feel bored at all. The Naxi home visit in particular is eye-opening. This was a project that I didn't have high expectations for, but it turned out to be surprisingly interesting. I got to wear Naxi ethnic costumes, grind soy milk, write Dongba script, and make paper. The staff were also warm and considerate. They even prepared oxygen and chocolate for us when we went to the snow mountain. After returning from the snowy mountains, a cup of Candied Macchiato brought me back to life. The child was naughty and got his shoes and pants wet, so I helped wash his pants and dry his shoes. This time I really received a lot of care and help. I really enjoyed the stay and it was a very impressive experience. I hope to have the opportunity to go again.

I have been to many hotels, and I am impressed by the thoughtfulness, patience and proactive service of Stone House. I feel at home. I stayed for 2 nights. Although the weather was not the best, I also had three experiences: visiting Naxi families, picking on the mountain, and making pine cones. The hotel also helped to dry my clothes when it rained. If you have any needs, the WeChat service group can help. There is unlimited fruit and wine supply, and hot cocoa or milk at night. I must praise the staff of Stone House, each of them is super nice, basically they are really responsive, even in the mountains, when transportation and supplies are not so convenient, they will try their best to satisfy you whatever you want to eat! ! I have been to so many hotels, and I really never want to give a hotel a good review. Another thing I must praise is the ingredients, which are so fresh! ! All kinds of fruits and vegetables are purchased on the same day, and they are very safe to eat! The weather on the mountain is more changeable. If it rains or something, the ladies at the front desk will take the initiative to ask if you want to dry clothes when you come back. Also, the milk tea is really delicious, drink at least three cups a day! ! The scenery is really great! Although the weather is not good, I can also see a little bit of the sunrise through the clouds while lying on the bed. There are many activities in the hotel. I highly recommend the Grand Canyon! Riding directly to the foot of the snow-capped mountains, the shock of facing the snow-capped mountains really needs to be experienced in person!
