It was definitely the right choice! It was the first time for our family to go out in the Year of the Snake to end the holiday. We saw that the rooms of A&B Hotel were very large, so we chose it decisively. However, it gave me a bigger surprise after we arrived. Because we were three families with five adults and two children, we originally had a two-bedroom apartment and planned to sleep two more people on the sofa bed in the living room. However, the front desk lady Xiaoyue may have seen that we had children, so she specially upgraded us to a three-bedroom apartment. The room had a direct view of the ski resort. The service was really amazing! It made us spend an unforgettable weekend. By the way, we also gave four hot spring tickets (you can also choose movie tickets, all of which are new movies). The ski package can be discounted by 20%, and if you don’t drive, there is also pick-up! Great, ㊗️Business is booming!

The hotel's convenient location, just a 10-minute drive from the town center, made exploring a breeze. While shopping options nearby are limited, the HU WA restaurant on the hotel's first floor is a must-try, serving delicious dishes at affordable prices!
Breakfast at the hotel was impressive, with a wide variety of options and top-notch service.
We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff, comfortable stay, and great location!
A special tip for snow ski/board beginners: this resort is an excellent place to start! However, consider renting equipment in town, as prices are nearly half compared to other ski resorts. Although the rental fees are higher here, the equipment and clothing are relatively new, less than a year old.

The boss has put a lot of thought into it. The public area on the first floor is fully equipped with a bar, billiards, children's play area and board game room. We arrived late, so we booked a family room, which was decorated in a very childlike way. The room is warm enough, but the amount of water for bathing is a little small. The breakfast is also very varied and really good.
It is very close to Wanlong and very convenient to drive there. No wonder everyone recommends living in the county town.

First of all, the location of the hotel is very good, very close to the high-speed rail station, and the transportation is very convenient. Then the design and lighting of the room are very good, spacious and bright. It rained in the afternoon, and there are umbrellas in the hotel lobby that can be used for free, which I personally think is very considerate.
When I checked out, I saw that the small cakes displayed in the hotel lobby were pretty good. I saw that the mooncake boxes sold were very exquisite, and I bought 2 boxes.

I stayed with my children for a week skiing. There is a free shuttle bus to and from the ski resort in the morning and evening. The room is generally clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is rich. The price is very good. The staff are very friendly and clean the room every day. There is a restaurant in the hotel with a large amount of food and affordable prices. It’s also delicious. They also have ski equipment for rent. The boss is very nice. The only unpleasant thing is that there is always a smell of sewerage at the entrance, which really affects the image of the hotel. The room where I first stayed had the smell of sewerage returning after one day. After asking for a room change, it didn't happen. I hope the hotel can take this issue seriously.

I brought my family here during the Spring Festival. It is very close to Taiwu Ski Resort and Taiwu Resort Town. It only takes a few minutes to drive there. Compared with the resort hotels in Taiwu, this one is very cost-effective, with favorable prices, new facilities and comfortable rooms. After all, it is the reception hotel for the Winter Olympics. The guy also upgraded the room for free and gave us breakfast. The breakfast was rich and varied. You can see the night view of the lights of Xue Ruyi from the balcony in the room. It was very pleasant to stay during the Spring Festival. After a day of skiing, I had a good rest 👍

Stay in Dec 2024. Room wise is ok - Big and clean. There is a ski shop where we rented rather new ski equipments at a reasonable price. However, there is no food options around except the hotel n the hotel next to it. Have to take a car to Thai Woo Ski Resort for Mac which is abt 6 min drive at night. In the day, Thai woo has many other options. Otherwise will be to the town (xian Cheng) which is abt 30 Min drive away.
The free shuttle bus which ply between the railway station n hotel stops outside the Xue ru Yi ski resort and we had to walk in abt 300m n up the slope/stairs in the cold to the hotel. Need to take note of the sub names of Xue Ru Yi hotels as there are 2 sub hotels Xue ru Yi - 睿景 (rui Jing) and Xue ruyi - 维景 (wei Jing) hotels.

Hotel location is very good, go forward with the high-speed exit, specially selected this newly opened hotel experience, really not disappointed, the overall atmosphere of the lobby from the entrance is very good, Zhangjiakou cooled down in the past two days, the wind outside roared, once entering the lobby warm like spring, the room is also spacious and bright, Make a cup of hanging ear coffee, look at the scenery outside is really good, October 1, you must punch in Chongliyu Avenue, quite a film, this trip is really happy, plan to come back after the National Day, really worth it

When I just arrived at the door, I was attracted by the scenery in front of me. Next to it is the magnificent Procuratorate, which looks like a fairyland on earth from the gate. The car is also very easy to park. As soon as you enter the door of the room, you will see a beautiful ”landscape painting.” There are smart curtains, high-tech toilets, and comfortable big beds. Looking out of the window, the scenery in front of you makes people seem intoxicated. At 4 o'clock in the afternoon, it is also afternoon tea time, and the desserts that make people linger... When I opened my eyes in the morning, I saw the hazy scenery outside. The buffet breakfast was very good. It was really comfortable to sleep. It's time to start a new day again, come on 💪

The hotel location is very good, inside the Thaiwoo Ski resort. Room is clean, and big.
Staff are very helpful except the chef during breakfast. We ask politely for omelette for our kid, but chef was refuse & respond it with improper manner. However, the other chef during lunch on our first day was nice.
Overall Hyatt Chongli is a great place to stay for ski trip in Thaiwoo!

GGuest UserValue for money accomodation. Very clean by a singaporean's standard
Location is directly opposite the fulong four season town物业服务中心 canteen, open for breakfast lunch and dinner, if you are too tired to head to chongli town after a full day of skiing. Boss lent me his card so i could get discount at the canteen. The location is ideal, a few stops by internal shuttle bus to fulong ski resort, shuttle bus stop is just downstairs. And it takes bout 10 mins to walk to chongli town where there is plenty of restaurants and ski equipment rental. I rented my entire set of ski equipment from the boss' shop, he gave me a good discount as i was staying for a long period. It is the cheapest rental i saw in the whole chongli town. And his ski equipment are newly purchased from french brand rossignol and very clean.
Other than that, boss also offered two way transport to chongli railway station and helped with booking of ski tickets, ski instructor etc. He even recommended a good sports massage place to me after i had sore muscles from skiing! Basically, you just need to book accomodation thru boss and he handles the rest for a stress-free ski holiday!

QQueenNatWooThe hotel is ideally situated in a prime location, making it easy to reach and navigate. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its stunning beauty and elegant decor. The check-in process was very smooth. They even offer self check-in. After we arrived to our room we received a welcome plate of fruit and yogurt. The room we stayed in was a masterpiece of design, meticulously decorated with a keen eye for detail, and the cleanliness maintained by the staff was impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered an impressive variety of dishes, including both Western and Chinese cuisines. The area surrounding the hotel boasts breathtaking views of the river, adding to the overall charm of our stay. The only thing missing is a swimming pool. The other amenities are very nice.

JJvictoryWe chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

GGuest UserThe hotel is really clean and the services are up to par. My friend and I got executive lounge and it took forever for them to check up in because we were foreigners. When we were finally checked it. We decided to stay longer as we were impressed with the cleanliness and amenities of the space, but we were declined at the front desk with the excuse of my friend passport is with the immigration and she only had a visa sleep so they can’t allow us stay in their hotel longer. And they kept calling our room asking for our school’s name in chines, our home address. So many frustrating personal questions. But aside from that, they were really friendly and the place was nice, the breakfast was great as well

JJialebihaidiqulikaifangI came here because I saw this place on Ctrip. Unfortunately, it was under maintenance and the entertainment facilities were suspended. Fortunately, the weather was good, so I just took some photos in the town. The environment of the hotel was really great. It was the best I had ever stayed in online. It was designed exactly as I thought. I will come again next time and try the hot springs and skiing.

AAnonymous UserI chose this hotel because it has a sauna & hotspring although it was more expensive than the other hotels, i thought it was okay. Upon arriving at the hotel, sadly we need to pay another 128 RMB per person to use their facilities. I have been to lots of hotels where the use of the hot pool and sauna are already included when booking a room so this is something that shocked me.
The hotel is clean but the sofa seems to have bugs. I just sit in their sofa and felt so itchy.
Their bed and services are quite good. Location is perfect, near restaurants, convenience store and easy to reach.
Breakfast has lots of options.

In fact all staff members were so friendly and helpful. Well trained and so focused on customer care and satisfaction, Willy and his restaurant staff were at our every beck and call and more.it would be unfair to mention just a few names because everyone was so attentive to the guests The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the waterpark and kids club are wonderful and a great way to entertain guests. We will definitely return to the Crowne Plaza Huailai here and highly recommend it to everyone. Our boy enjoyed playing with the rabbits too.
