We chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

1. 管理混亂，前台排隊登記好好的 一直有人來插隊，服務員不管不問，誰插隊都給登記. 問服務員為什麼不管，服務員説太忙 管不過來，反而告知沒插隊的人要好好排隊，
2. 大廳好多人抽煙 沒人管
3. 電視不能看 連不上網
4. 早餐人巨多，排隊很久 要等別人吃完騰出桌子來才有地方
5. 因為攜程訂的時候沒有標間選項我們就定成了大床，登記的時候問工作人員能不能換成兩張床的標間， 因為我問了她為什麼允許別人插隊工作人員非常不耐煩説沒有； 問題是上一個客户要求換其他房型她屁顛屁顛的給換了。 這個酒店工作人員素質大家可以感受下

房間很大很大，設施也挺好，早餐非常豐富，早餐的粵菜早茶系做的味道很好，退房時送了小零食。自駕五個小時帶着兩歲的孩子，又累又餓的，中午兩點二十到前台辦入住，被告知兩點退的房還沒有打掃出來，等二十分鐘，二十多分鐘還不能辦理入住，又等了二十多分鐘才入住了，酒店規定是兩點辦理入住，十二點退房，上一個客人兩點退的房，酒店肯定會收延時費，而兩點後到店不能入住，酒店是不是也應該退費呢？訂房送的歡迎小食，打電話問前台被告知8點送到，九點多從外面回來還沒有，又打電話催，才給送過來。晚上十一點多了樓下啤酒廣場的噪音才結束，也是無語了，房間消費項目太多了，稍不注意就會消費，浴缸一次性套，就是沒看清打開了，用的時候發現是壞的，打電話給前台讓送一個，才知道是收費的，字體那麼小誰能看到呢。

非常好，不輸任何城市的豪華酒店，
房間不錯，衞生間很大有浴缸。洗澡熱水足，房間沒噪音沒異味。床是兩個單人床拼的，巨大可以當炕。
最好的是早餐，自助餐，非常豐富，中式西式都很全，常規的沙拉炒菜麪點香腸烤麪包都有，此外有廣式海鮮粥味道正宗，現場還有攤煎餅的，奶茶也好喝，甚至還有羊湯配羊雜。
游泳池一般，略小，還有培訓班，人多。
酒店院子很大，夏季來，在院子裏有酒店自營大排檔，建議體驗，非常不錯，還有樂隊唱歌。推薦吃現串現烤羊肉串，好吃！
酒店院子裏有充電樁，是開邁斯的快充樁，但這個牌子的插頭特殊有的車插不上，如果遇到無法充電情況，旁邊時代廣場地面停車場有特來電，停車6塊一小時。

房間很寬敞，前台和客房的服務都很好，有送水果，早餐很好吃，周邊餐飲也方便，可以半價點星巴克免費給送到房間。大堂有彈鋼琴的小姐姐，環境優雅。唯一想吐槽的是衞生間的隔簾，拉下來是透的，衞生間如果開着燈跟沒有簾子一樣，即便是一家人住也是很尷尬吧，衹能衞生間關着燈用，希望能改成不透光的。

硬件和服務符合五星的標準
設施：枕頭是真舒服，一夜安眠。智能馬桶蓋子也很到位。
衞生：打掃的很乾凈，犄角旮旯沒有奇怪的東西。
環境：地理位置優越，酒店有個啤酒廣場，很不錯，涼爽的夜風，聽聽歌哈啤酒
服務：帶孩子來的，前台多給了一張房卡，很好。入住有送歡迎小食，我的煙蒂放在礦泉水瓶裏，晚上回來發現客房服務員給放了一個煙灰缸，貼心之處見細節，服務之美在於心，五星好評，退房時候戴眼鏡的經理小哥人不錯，很有禮貌，眼神不好沒看清胸牌，離店時候送了伴手禮，可以二刷的酒店。
