We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with a common area. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and we'll appointed. (The windows were a little drafty, but that's typical here). The ski slopes were beautiful, well kept, and they offered a wide variety levels and trails! We contacted the hotel before arriving to ask questions and this is where the staff went above and beyond! We were able to message via WeChat, make breakfast reservations, and then they helped us get discounted lift tickets and equipment! Overall, a wonderful stay and will come back!

I took my family to the grassland for a few days and settled in Chongli yesterday. The location and environment of this hotel are very good. There are delicious food along the way. This is the most cost-effective hotel I stayed in for five days. The room feels very clean and the price is very affordable. I read the comments before that the only drawback is that there is no air conditioning, but the weather after the beginning of autumn is very cool and comfortable, and there is no need for air conditioning at all. I took my baby and mother to travel together during the National Day holiday. I originally wanted to book a homestay, but the homestay in Zhangjiakou is underdeveloped. I searched for hotel family rooms and found this one. The room was the same as shown in the photos, spacious, bright and warm. The bed was just the right hardness and comfortable to live in. I stayed there for three days and tried both family rooms. The room with bunk beds may be more spacious, and can sleep 5 people at most. The other room has a single bed and a double bed, which can sleep 3 people. The single bed is more comfortable, and the bunk beds may be more liked by children and more childlike. We also celebrated our birthday here 🎂, it was such a happy trip!

Because I bring cats and dogs with me, I chose this pet-friendly hotel. H Hello Youshang Hotel feels like an abandoned hotel. The hot and cold water signs are inconsistent with the actual situation. You cannot use the hand basin when you open the bathroom door. There are a few nail holes left on the wall. The socket on the wall also fell off. It was taped with transparent tape and fell off again. The lid of the toilet also fell off. It's not matching, the floor seems to be unsanitary, and the tiles on the floor are movable.

This homestay exceeded my expectations. The room layout is particularly warm, the house is fully heated, the health and service are in place, the landlord is also very good to communicate, parking is also very convenient, the ground is free, the basement is 2 yuan / hour, 24 hours 18 capped. I recently had a very pleasant time at this homestay. First of all, the location here is very good, located in the city center, convenient transportation, there are many restaurants and shops around, life is very convenient. Secondly, the rooms in the homestay are very warm and comfortable and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and I woke up feeling refreshed every day. The bathroom was clean and tidy with high quality toiletries provided. AAnonymous UserI arrived relatively late and the environment was quite nice, but there was no phone in the room and two bath towels were provided in the family room. I took a shower after 10 o'clock but the hot water pipe could not produce hot water. I went downstairs to find the customer service at the front desk, who told me to ask a master to repair it and told me to wait. Ten minutes later, they called me and told me that the motherboard was broken, and that I was the first guest to discover the problem. I'm very surprised. It's past ten o'clock and there's no one checking in yet? I asked if it could be repaired and was told that it might not be too short. The customer service staff at the front desk actually said that we could make do with it. Twenty minutes later, I called again and said it would be ready in another twenty minutes, but I waited until almost twelve o'clock and there was still no hot water. People started talking in the next room before six o'clock in the morning. The sound insulation effect was very poor. When I went out, I found that the room attendant was cleaning the room. I really don't know where the good reviews came from. I went here because of the big room and wanted my family to sleep more comfortably. I didn't expect it to be so bad.
