第一次在這住，感覺很不錯，前台的美女和樓層大姐服務很熱情，房間衞生也很乾凈，配的還有洗臉巾，我很喜歡，值得推薦，以後出差還會選擇這的。

第一次入住貴酒店，真的很乾凈，服務態度也很好，特別是酒店的洗髮液和護髮液用過之後很爽滑，聽服務員説他們用的是阿道夫品牌的，👍🏻大拇指，早餐也很豐盛，下次首選他們家入住，也謝謝客房大姐送的愛心物品。

房間還好，衞生差強人意。客廳地墊上邊好多污點！我是2024年5月2日晚上18點左右辦理入住，919套房。門口有市政工程挖溝施工。然而在辦理入住的時候值班服務員全程沒有提示會有噪音。5.03日早上7點鐘挖機開始作業，噪音比較大！被吵醒了，然後起床去關窗户，一直關不上，家人被全部吵醒，然後給前台打電話讓他協調一下下邊的噪聲。無果……然後去前台理論：你們要是有噪聲污染我在辦理入住的時候應該提前告知我。或者換個朝向的房間，或者我去住別的酒店都行。結果回覆：我們也沒有接到通知，也就是從昨天早上7點才開始施工噪音大……我去，影響了整個帶家人出來遊玩的心情！最後報警解決退款50%，這個我內心是不接受的，要帶着孩子去景區玩！！！***最氣人的是他們的值班經理當著警察的麪胡攪蠻纏説睡到早上七點差不多了，槽！我當時就🔥了，你***出去吃飯吃一半發現裡邊有個蒼蠅：反正你也快吃飽了！！！！真***無語！這貨的認知竟然給這個酒店幹管理！可見這酒店的管理水準！反正他們知道你過去遊玩的知道你沒時間耗，你愛咋咋滴！！！就一句：這個事兒你們先回去，我們也找相關部門投訴了，回頭施工單位給我們賠償了我也賠償給你😅！！！12315投訴到底！真實經歷！！！

房間很乾凈整潔，訂的大床房，去時沒有了，免費升級的套房，設施也不錯，來周口跑馬拉松，離周口體育中心也很近，步行十幾分鐘的距離，下次跑馬還住這裏！
