Excellent hotel to be visited. Will visit there again. Good condition

This is my first time to Putuo Mountain , LP staff is very helpful along my trip because i can’t read Chinese…this hotel was perfect, will recommend to friends & family

Excellent. The quality is really good compared to the price. The breakfast is very decent. The cake at the cafe is nice. Complimentary tea & cookies at the lobby are very good. When we saw the tea table at the business corner. We instantly fell in love with it and asked the receptionist to use it. Too bad that it’s private and not in use. But she offered to bring tea set to our room for us too. Full Chinese tea set. I’m totally mind blowing. The best hotel and area I’m staying so far during my trip to China (Beijing, Hangzhou, Tianjin, Xi’an)

Good location, clean and nice. Enjoy the breakfast and the facility is in good condition.

Very sad to comment that it’s a horrible experience at this time. Room rate doubles but it’s quite different from the one which we stayed one year before. What happened?

The overall quality of the hotel is guaranteed, but there are some things worth noting. For example, in the bathing part, there is no lotion provided; in the breakfast part, there are fewer varieties, the espresso is sour but not astringent, and the watermelon is not sweet. Overall, I am satisfied, but there is still room for improvement.

Stayed here for two days, one day at Hilton and one day at Ocean City. I prefer Ocean City, both in terms of environment and service. There are not many varieties of breakfast.

Very good. The room is big. It is quite quiet in the morning. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach. There are trails for walking and running. There is a foot bath shop nearby. There are several good restaurants for 10 yuan. It is also convenient to take the boat to Putuo.

Super super satisfied~ This is the best Hilton Hampton I have ever stayed in, no doubt~ The service is much better than in Turkey and abroad, It really feels like home... The New Year spent here, the hotel was very considerate to provide New Year fruit cakes service, and the children like to drink milk, and often call the front desk to let the robot deliver it~ The second time I came to Putuo Mountain, the front desk lady provided a very detailed introduction to the scenic spots... Although there are also nearby Other Hiltons, I will come to this one next time I come to Putuo~ The children like this place very much. There are building blocks and toys in the lobby on the first floor, as well as snacks and tea breaks for children. There is also an ocean ball gym on the second floor... They had a lot of fun. The ground and underground parking lots are also very convenient... The children played with sand temporarily, but they didn't have time to prepare sand tools. The hotel also gave them toys~ It's really thoughtful~ I bought a lot of tea gifts and small gifts from the coffee shop. Every time I go out, I choose Hampton Inn. This time, the experience was very bad. The hygiene was too poor. The light in the room was broken. The steel wool for breakfast was understandable, but the room was poorly hygienic. It was dirty.
