Atour Hotels in Zhuhai

Excellent! The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Furthermore, Fuhuali is right next door, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The service was also great! On the day of check-in, they gave us a special blend of lemon tea, and at check-out, they even gave us hand cream. I also asked the front desk attendant for 4 bottles of green tea to take with me, which she happily provided. Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely stay here again!

Our stay was incredibly comfortable! A special shout-out to the lovely ladies at the front desk – they were so enthusiastic and their service was impeccable. Seeing that we had a child, they thoughtfully prepared slippers and a toothbrush for the little one and even guided us to the elevator. The hotel has a book bar where you can browse freely and even take books to your room. The breakfast was quite varied too. It's also super convenient to get a taxi to Gongbei Port from here. When we were going to Macau, I asked the front desk staff if we could leave our car parked after checking out, and they enthusiastically said yes! So, on the day of checkout, we went to Macau for the whole day and only came back in the evening to pick up our car. Another big thank you to the ladies for their warm hospitality and constant smiles. I highly recommend this hotel; it's my top choice when visiting Macau. I usually choose Atour for my stays, and this experience has only solidified that choice for the future.

The hotel front desk greeted people with a smile and used surnames to convey a sense of importance, avoiding mechanical greetings. The breakfast was delicious, the restaurant environment was clean, and the guest rooms were clean: there was no hair in the room, no water stains in the bathtub, and the air conditioning in the room was cool.

The room was great, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. They even upgraded our room to a higher floor, provided complimentary breakfast, and gave us a local travel guide. The surrounding amenities were excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The beach is a mere 5-minute walk away, right downstairs, making it a very comfortable and convenient stay. It's truly an ideal spot for a vacation. My only minor complaint is that the room doors don't have soft-close mechanisms, so they shut quite loudly, startling me a few times. I could also hear loud door slams from other rooms while trying to rest, which was a bit disruptive. As a final note, upon check-out, the hotel gave us a small fan as a complimentary souvenir. This was a really thoughtful gesture and incredibly practical for the hot summer. Overall, it was a truly pleasant and enjoyable trip.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were excellent. Upon arrival and before leaving, the staff proactively offered us warm tea. We arrived at the hotel after 9 PM that night, and when the staff learned we hadn't had dinner yet, they thoughtfully suggested we have some complimentary late-night snacks available at the hotel. They offered items like millet porridge, char siu bao (BBQ pork buns), steamed buns, various pickled vegetables, and salted duck eggs – all served hot and very comforting. Their toiletries were quite high-quality and very pleasant to use, but unfortunately, they aren't available for purchase. I'll upload photos shortly. Overall, staying at this hotel offers excellent value for money!

Great cleaniless, great view, great staff. The breakfast is simple yet complete and most importantly clean and fresh. I will come again and have come again with my family.

It is very good design hotel as it really make me feel very comfortable and great when I stayed in Zhuhai where I did not visit after 18 years. The location where is not close to city, and it is good to far away from hustle and bustle city. There are few resturants close to the hotel and not so expensive. And not far away, there are few old buildings named Huitong village. The tradional food provided there and few cafe can be found inside the old houses as well as resturants.

I arrived at the hotel in the early hours to find no rooms available, but they provided a free room upgrade. Overall, it was very comfortable. The facilities were well-equipped, and the shower and bathroom were clean. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation, so there was no water accumulation, and the sink and faucet details were meticulously clean. The Atour pillows were incredibly comfortable, offering great support, which made for a rare high-quality sleep experience during my trip. Even with an early morning check-in, I could truly feel the quality and thoughtfulness. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

This is the first time I've seen such poor service at Atour. I've gone from a fan to a hater. I won't stay there again. After checking in, I didn't know my room number, so I added them on WeChat to ask. I ordered takeout twice. Once, I wrote my room number, but they said I didn't. I waited for ages for delivery, and after two reminders, it still didn't arrive. I went downstairs to pick it up, but it didn't arrive. The second time, they waited for half an hour for it to arrive, and I kept reminding them. I opened two room cards, but when I came back from a day out, I couldn't get in. I called the waiter to open the door, and after a long question about who I was and which room I was in, they said they hadn't registered me. I was also asked if I was staying at an extension and if I needed another card. I've stayed at Atour so many times, and this was the worst. It felt like my first day running a hotel. Coming back to a hotel after a trip is the worst feeling I've ever had! I'll never stay there again.
