Hampton by Hilton Hotels in Zhuhai

We had an amazing mid autumn 2025 vacation at this hotel. We would like to thank to the whole staff for their hospitality and devotional services. Especially Ben, with his incredible hospitality management skills moved our experience to another level. Ben upgraded our room, sent a wonderful birthday cake for my husband’s birthday and helped us with other countless requests. We strongly believe that Ben and the rest of the hotel staff should be rewarded for providing an excellent level of service quality. Even during the busiest period of the year they managed to keep the service level at the highest. Other than that, the room was spotless, the bed was large and comfortable, the river view was amazing and the location of the hotel is very convenient. There is a nice mall right next to the hotel and the new neighboring bbq restaurant is also very nice. Overall we had an amazing experience and would like to thank everyone for their hospitality and kindness. We hope to come back soon. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I'd say this Hampton in Zhuhai has the best location of all the Hampton hotels I've stayed in so far. It's right by the lake with fantastic views, and the management is excellent. The front desk staff even upgraded me to a suite this time, which provided a different kind of Hampton experience. Thank you! The breakfast area was comfortable, and the staff provided warm and welcoming service. What truly stood out was the front desk proactively preparing and providing the electronic invoice and itemized receipt before check-out. In particular, the electronic itemized receipt is a thoughtful service currently only available at this Hampton; other locations in Guangzhou and elsewhere haven't adopted it yet. This level of meticulousness is commendable, and it really highlights how crucial details are in the service industry.

Super convenient location. The staff (Linda) at checked were very helpful upgraded us to 2 rooms with windows. Breakfast was quite adequate with good variety.
