This is the first time I stay in this hotel. Best customer service ever experience specially their front desk supervisor Ms. 唐。 Room basically clean and spacious, good service likewise thru their Housekeeping team headed by Ms. 張。 這是我第一次入住這間飯店，他們前台主管，唐小姐很特別優，關注顧客，給予我很多的協助，讓我對飯店感受到被重視與尊敬。房間很乾淨，空間又很寬大。客房服務中心張主任的領導下，讓我這段時間住的很舒適。

Check in proces was simple and hotel staff at reception was very helpful on recommendations and responsive on WeChat. The themed duck room was very nice and spacious, with the cute amenities set. Location was so-so, nothing much in the vicinity, but local ride hire via app was convenient and affordable to get around. We also had ******* delivery and hotel staff got the robot to send to our door. Very nice experience! Cleanliness was a problem though. The room wasn't cleaned properly from the start of our trip to the end. There were some leftover balloon parts behind the door of 1 room (from the previous guest!) and it was there throughout our stay. Rubbish from the waste bins were cleared daily and towels were replaced but seems that the rooms were not vacuumed as I saw dirt and hair on the floor. Overall, still a pleasant and nice stay but cleanliness needs to be improved on.

Playground in the room is perfect for young children. The only con is there is nothing much around the area

My experience staying at the E-Beter Hotel was truly surprising and unforgettable. staff for making me feel as warm as being at home. At the beginning, my girlfriend and l planned to spend the weekend at Changlong Resort. A friend had strongly recommended your hotel for itsexcellent service, nice decoration. When l booked the room . Malik meticulously shared some considerations about Changlong Resort, as well as answered some of my questions about visiting Macau. Her thoughtful and professionalservices made me feel incredible.Secondly, when checking in, the frontdesk also made me feel very pleasant. She was polite, always smiling, and the check-in process was quick.
