房間整体上还不錯，由於是新年期間，价格是比平常日子贵了一些但可以接受，前台服務很周到，可以放心入住。

為珠海馬拉松入住，體驗還是可以的，服務不錯。離動車明珠站很近，離珠海馬拉松的出發點中心體育場也很近。對面是華潤萬家，購物方便，周邊餐飲豐富。至於設施，雖然稍顯老舊，收拾得還算整潔乾淨。如果當街窗户能更隔音一些體驗會更好，現在人民西路的滾滾車流加上廁所排氣扇嗡嗡聲，噪音稍大。

房間好窄，廁所一個人進去都擁擠，房間沒有窗户，加上房型又小顯得好壓抑又不透氣，隔音效果還很差，早上被退房在外面説話的聲音吵醒了，節假日價格飆升還賣將近三百塊，建議不要來這家。
