大堂乾淨整潔.房間寬敞給人很舒服的感覺，跟其他的酒店對比，性價比很高，值得推薦，酒店就在婦幼保健院旁邊非常好找，門口就是停車場方便停車，下次繼續入住

房間裏的床睡的很舒適，淋浴間出熱水也很快，網絡不錯，電視很清晰，性價比高.酒店所處位置非常方便，搭車出租車或者滴滴出行都很方便。提供的洗護用具都很齊全，連洗衣粉都提供了！牙刷牙膏質量都很好，整體給人感覺很乾凈，有免費礦泉水提供，還有一次性杯子，這樣感覺衞生很好。酒店的衞生間乾濕分區，挺好的。給人很温馨的感覺，酒店旁邊有一條街有很多吃的！前台服務很好，服裝整潔，笑容很美。大堂很寬敞，很温馨。感覺很舒服。客房乾淨衞生，阿姨服務也很好嗎

第一次遇到這麼奇葩的服務員，連續兩天開鐘點房到傍晚六點。第一天，中午12點就一直敲門讓退房，説了到六點還要跟前台確認才走。5點50剛過就開始打電話讓退房。第二天更離譜，下午三點工作人員直接自己開門進房間，你們的管理制度就這樣?房間開到幾點你們不交接的嗎?????

1、被套上有血漬，打電話給前台，前台到房間確認後，讓換了房間。事情發生後，店長及主管人員直至退房後均無人員聯繫我説明原因及道歉。
2、打城市便捷官方400電話，店裡服務員才發了個微信過來，且提出下次訂房7折優惠+升級房型。
3、缺的是打個7折嗎？衞生這麼嚴重的問題，在酒店住的時候不上門致歉、退房後不投訴也不會電話致歉、投訴後也不電話致歉？
4、城市便捷官方400接投訴後過了24小時也沒有聯繫過我，這就是官方的態度

沒想到如此不乾淨，洗手間有很多毛髮，洗手盤也是堵的，沐浴露不及時更換，洗到一半發覺沒有沐浴露，也是服了

房間大小合適 酒店在一個鎮上 挨着醫院 房間隔音效果不行。換了三次房間都有異味。看樓下廣告 酒店八樓有 SpA 按摩如果其他服務都有。酒店和很多個人搞合作 可以安排上門服務。
