衞生還將就，主要是為了有三個房間好休息。但周邊商業很少，吃飯也沒幾家店可選，大量空置和轉租轉售的鋪面。出差還行，旅遊就完全不適合。主卧衞生間的洗臉池還出不了熱水。另一個衞生間的熱水水壓水量非常小，洗澡很勉強。這些都還算能將就。
最最最不滿意的地方：店家應該基本沒去維護房屋，對物業管理不熟悉。訂之前反覆確認説地面可以免費停車。結果到了以後物業不讓停地面，可以免費停地下車庫，也挺好。結果莫名其妙的在最後退房離店時要收停車費。還好最後一晚回去的晚，停的時間不長，不然被坑慘。而且外出的都是有時間安排，也沒法在那裡跟物業扯皮。聯繫店家就完全不知道，也不説積極去協調解決，還怪我為啥不早説，或者為啥不停地面。合著住民宿全自助連最基本硬件配套服務也得顧客自己來？是不是住客還得隨時跟物業溝通，這是來住店還被迫住成業主咯？？？？
對這個所謂連鎖民宿品牌已經完全失去信任。
