I was very satisfied with my stay at this guesthouse. It has an antique charm, and the location is excellent. It's about a 15-minute walk to Elephant Trunk Hill and Sun and Moon Pagodas, and Zhengyang Pedestrian Street is right nearby.

All the staff speak fluent English, warm and thoughtful, They provide hand-drawn maps, recommend authentic local food, and even help with itinerary planning(Li river and longji rice terraced),and arranging carpools. Great Location, it's only about 600 meters from Guilin Station ( 5-6 minutes walk). It's also very convenient for visiting attractions like Elephant Trunk Hill and the Two Rivers and Four Lakes area.Highly recommended!!!

We had a beautiful stay at Secret Courtyard Resort Hotel! The hotel is beautiful, well equipped with everything we needed - fresh water and towels everyday, option to chose between Chinese and Western breakfast and delicious fruits. Xiaoming was so nice to give us the e-bikes to drive around Guilin for free and we enjoyed using them a lot! If we had any questions about the area or needed a ticket for the li yang river cruise he immediately took care of it for us. We had also had a pickup from the train station so we didn’t need to find the way to the resort on our own. It was a wonderful stay. Thanks so much from the young German man, who looks like an old German man and his girlfriend ☀️

This hotel is a breathtaking sight in itself; every photo you take feels like a professional shot. The lobby's design is absolutely stunning and incredibly stylish. The facilities are comprehensive: a study, laundry room, tea room, and a kids' play area are all available. Our room with a balcony offered an immersive experience with the forest right outside, letting us breathe in the fresh scent of grass and trees. The rooftop is a popular spot for influencers! The large 'Yangshuo' sign wall is perfect for photos, and they even offer free Hanfu rentals, creating an incredible atmosphere. The glass observation deck is truly spectacular; the reflection of the mountains and rivers left me speechless. Sitting there watching the rolling hills, this is what a vacation should feel like. The hotel also rents out electric scooters with plenty of battery life, making it super convenient to explore Yangshuo. Staying here means you can avoid the crowds and peacefully enjoy the poetic beauty of the landscape. If you're coming to Yangshuo, choose this place; it's incredibly comfortable!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The rooms were gorgeous, very clean and just what we wanted. The location was great, right on the river and walking distance to Elephant Hill and Two Rivers and Four Lakes. The staff at the front desk were amazing, particularly Li Ying, who helped us book transport, a boat ride to Yangshuo, gave us tips on getting the best deals, restaurant recommendations, and even gave us some of her dessert to try one night! A pleasure to stay at Guilin Huali Inn - so nice we booked twice, and came back again!

The hotel is pretty good, close to all the attractions. There are electric scooters right outside the entrance, you can just scan one and go everywhere. However, be careful where you park it; it must be in the designated area. I, for one, forgot to park it in the designated area and got fined! The owner also gave us recommendations for nearby attractions, which was a nice touch!

Our stay was amazing! The room was spacious, clean and lovely. We had a gorgeous view of mountains from a panoramic window ⛰️ there is everything you need in the room. The food is delicious 🍱 and the breakfast is included! The owner was extremely sweet and helpful! It was our first stay in China and the experience was delightful ❤️ she gave us really good recommendations, helped with any booking we needed and even escorted to the singing cave herself. She literally did everything she could for us ❤️ Also, location is super convenient if you want to go to the singing cave (must see! It’s magical) . It’s about 7 minutes walk! The city centre is 20 minutes away by car 🚘

Me and my wife stayed for 4 nights in this beautiful accomodation. The room was very tidy and has everything you need. We didn't use the bathtub but it is a nice feature. The beds are comfortable and the nights were quiet. It was not high season so I am not sure how it would be if all rooms were booked. Sometimes in the morning we heard some noise from the hallway but it did not bother us. The Inn is located out of the city at the edge of a small town. I really liked it as you can go everywhere very easily with the e-scooters that you can rent with the Inn. Driving around Yangshuo was very convenient, with beautiful scenery everywhere. We also enjoyed the breakfast a lot! They serve a nice light soup with Guilin rice noodles. Also there is more vegetables, dumplings and some cake you can choose from. We also had lunch and dinner multiple times which was all very delicious! Don't skip it! Also they have a nice frontyard where you can enjoy your meals or drinks from the bar. Above all, the staff is incredibly kind and even though there is a language barrier, they put lots of effort in helping us. They helped us booking our activities and providing us with all the information to make sure we would enjoy our stay to the fullest. Xueying helped me practice some Chinese while I helped our with her English. She is extremely kind, so don't hesitate to come and book this accomodation as I am sure you'll have a great stay! The owner was really nice and even helped me with my luggage, carrying it up and down. The room setup was great too, and they even provided body lotion, which I really appreciated. The cleanliness was good, and the location was excellent.

The hotel's decor is truly unique and incredibly photogenic, perfect for taking stunning pictures. As a classic stilt house of the Hong Yao ethnic group, we were immediately struck by its charm upon entering. The ambiance is exceptional, arguably the best in the area, and it's conveniently located close to both viewing platforms. The spacious interiors, filled with an antique charm, were an absolute bonus, deserving all the praise! 👍 The hotel is family-run, and the owners are incredibly warm and friendly. They are quick to assist with any issues. We even received a 50% discount when visiting Jinfoding just by mentioning the hotel's name! The owner also helped arrange our return trip to Guilin station flawlessly. The owner's home-cooked dishes were incredibly delicious – we were completely satisfied with every meal. For breakfast, they even invited us to try their wonderfully fragrant local specialty, 'Youcha' (oil tea). The most remarkable part was their dog! When we left at 5 AM to catch the sunrise, their dog faithfully followed us. Initially, we were a bit wary, thinking it might be aggressive, but then we realized it was actually leading us all the way to the viewing platform. That dog definitely deserves an extra treat! 🦴 While five stars is the maximum rating, it doesn't fully capture how exceptional this hotel is. I will definitely recommend it to all my friends.
